Re: MAC - MAC for Ungaro Discussion
Ohhh sounds pretty!...Probably more up my alley than the dark colors of cult of cherry...but I'll still have to see swatches...hope theyre not chalky pastels! It also said that the colors will be more transparent so people wont be worried about overdoing it...hmm i wonder about the color payoff?

Looks like I may be skipping out on the Shadowy Lady Quad with Cult of Cherry if these colors float my boat like I hope they will

I'm thinking that the color payoff is going to be not so good, transparent being the key word here. If they're lustres, then double bleh.

Oooh pale blues and lilacs...I am loving this. I couldn't really tell by anything but this could either really rock, or really stink. I hope for the former SO badly.

i have a feeling that this will be just like mcqueen, and will also be released at stores as well. just not macy's damnit!

BLEH.
Pastel colors? Defo-pass. Pastels don't work on me.

Pastels? Not really what I like. But we will see! Blues, pinks and lilacs would be good.

Re: MAC - MAC for Ungaro Discussion
“[Cortazar] was after something earthy, so I was inspired by a softer palette of delicate shades of pinks, blues and lilacs,” said Dowsett, referencing Monet’s “Water Lilies.” “It’s a colorful collection but very transparent so you don’t have to worry about overdoing it.”
"Worry about overdoing it?" Who...me, worry?
She's joking...right? She's joking! She's gotta be joking?!?

Re: MAC - MAC for Ungaro Discussion
Well in the picture released on one of those sites along with info about the launch, you can see the products on stands in the background so obviously they are in some ppl's hands already....LOL

Re: MAC - MAC for Ungaro Discussion
I'm looking forward to checking out this one. I can sometimes get into pastels and sheers depending on the specific shades, so we'll see.

Re: MAC - MAC for Ungaro Discussion
I'm really hoping there is a color coming out with this collection similar to Smudged Violet from the Cult of Cherry quad, because that is the only color I want from it and it hardly seems enough to justify the entire quad.
