can't wait, can't waiiiit!!!! i think im probably most excited for the naughty nauticals just because it sounds summery and will probably feature some new blue or blue-ish green shadows and such.

im pretty excited for all the new collections coming out in the summer. the ma's at the counter where i go are so nice. good friends with one of them since she helps me almost everytime i go in. she was showing me the new collections that'll be coming out. the promo pics look amazing so definately a lot to look forward to. im hoping that the new collections will be a follow up of c shock since i totally missed getting anything from that collection.

I sure hope to hear more about the summer collections soon! Seems like a bunch of little collections after Heatherette and honestly I am not too excited about any of them. I always love the summer collections and from the sounds of it, this year will be no exception. Shouldn't there be something confirmed and posted soon? *so impatient* LOL

Oh I am praying for some single shadows! I was just looking at the color collections forum, and last year the MAY collection info was posted 4/3. The year before it was posted 3/19. Hopefully it will be any day now!

I find these infomation from China stie. MAC China always put similar regular shades to substitute limited ones except Holiday collections. We can guess something about limited shades.

That is NOT real color story for international (for MAC China only).

Lipstick: Jubilee / M.A.C Red / Lustering / Lovelorn!
Lipgloss: Flashmode / Flusterose / Love Nectar / Wonderstruck
Eyeshadow: Naked Lunch / Shale / Contrast / Black Tied / Fleshwater
Pigment: Kitchmas / Dark Soul / Cornflower / Fuschia
Technakohl Liner: Smoothblue / Greyprint
Pro Lash: Black
Nail Lacquer: Nightfall / Shirelle

No disrespect to Fafi & the brilliant Kids of Heatherette and their attempts at a clever collection, but if you can't produce a simmering shade of red lipstick to make a Man melt in his tracks and make 'em go runnin' home, cryin' to his Mama, and include, at least, one shade of it in your collection...

If this Summer Collection really is anything like these photos, this could be the second coming of sophistication that the "Nocturnelle Collection" gave us.

I know, I know how much some of you kids LOVE the "Heatherette Collection". But I have to say, though, I have never seen such a disappointing and uninspired collection!
I start to get kinda angry just thinking about it! The things they could've done!
Even the face charts are uninspired...they didn't even include the 3D Silver or Reflects Gold Glitter in the concept looks on the face charts.

Their one golden opportunity to give people a glimps of what you could do with Reflects Gold Glitter and...nothing!

I mean maybe they were using the 3D Siver Glitter to create those funky stars around her eyes to the temples...but we'll never know by those face charts!

Don't get me wrong I'm not trying to hate on the Heatherette Look, but I was just so hoping that this collection, out of all the collections we would ever see from the past 2 years, would speak to my inner Club Queen, Drag Diva!

I wanted it to just...Pee! And of course make the other Queens I know want to scratch my eyes out, pull my hair, or step on my train from jealousy. I had fantasies of these impossibly fantastical eyeshadows that would be beyond belief!

Instead, it makes me want to shave my head and join an ashram, and long for my Avon catalog to arrive!

O.K., O.K. that's enough out of Miss TamEva...we get it girrrrrrl...She won't be buying up all of our Sock Hops and Lollipop Loving Lipsticks...we get it! We get it!

I broke my promise that I wasn't gonna act up over my disappointment in the last two collections, and what - do I do?

To be fair...I'm sure I'll get a few things...Style Minx looks cute, and I'd get another jar of Jardin Aires Piggie if I didn't already own 4 jars already (because I love it so)! Hey how 'bout those lashes?

Back on track ------------

This Summer 2008 Collection looks...Absolutely Fabulous!

LMAO! You took the words right out of my mouth!!! Blue is my favorite color and I always gravitate towards blue nail polish, shadow, and liner!

When this collection first was brought up, I was really ho-hum about it, but now I see that it is frickin' gorgeous and perfect for me!! Those piggies and shadows are going to make my wallet cry!
