Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
So these come out in September? Looks like I'm going to be getting some piggies for my birthday! eeee! I want Blonde's Gold, Vintage Gold and Heritage Rouge. Maybe another one, depending on how they look in real life.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
I love pigments, I can't wait to swatch them when they are released!
Only bad part is, they cost $24 each here. (everything at MAC...or almost any store here... is more expensive than in the US because it is imported and taxed when it arrives)

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
Yay!! More pigments!!! They need to wait until at least August for these----there are already so many that I want to get in July when Colour Forms comes out. Between all the pigments and mineralize blushes coming out---I am going to be broke!!!!!!!!!!

No kidding! A pretty purple one would have been fantastic in this collection. Do we really need 3 taupes/browns? I mean...I love my neutrals, but c'mon!! If they were gonna give us neutrals, the least they could've done is bring back Coco and Coco Beach!

I actually quite like Off The Radar. It goes well with my pale skin. The burnt orange may be a different story, though.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
MAC really does need to slow down with all these collections, it's getting ridiculous! Thankfully for my wallet though I'm not overjoyed about any of these really. I was initially but I'm turned OFF by the metallic aspect unlike some of the rest of you ladies

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
I could go either way on this. I guess its a good thing I am so overwhelmed by the amount of launches they are doing. I can't keep them straight and have no clue when what is coming out. Even if I try to keep up with it on here, it makes my head hurt. Invariably by the time I realize that the launch has come to fruition, I have missed it and everything is sold out. Pooh!!!
Even so, I like the idea of these particular piggies. I would want to see them swatched....

Antique green sounds delicious. The other color descriptions sound familiar.

That's my point, I love neutrals and greens as much as the next guy, taupes are one of my faves, but I'm kinda burnt on them. I get that they sell well, just like you said a purple would be sweet. Or if it's a green how about an emerald green instead of olive green again. Some jeweltones would be nice.

Yesss...jeweltones and metallics would be so awesome! That could have been MAC's answer to Bobbi Brown's metallic palettes from last year.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
i like the sound of new pigments, but like most, i would prefer more colors than just the browns. that is why i am looking forward to the nordstrom's anniversary collection. that collection has pigments this year and those pigments are actual colors, not just neutrals or different shades of brown. but my interest is definitely piqued.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
hahahahahahahahaha.
Thats me laughing at you pigment lovers. I like them....but I never buy a full sized pigment. And only buy samples occasionally. Heehee, I will PASS!
Forgive me guys. I just need something I can skip entirely.

Re: MAC Overrich Discussion
SOB..... with the 4 new piggies in the Nordies collection plus these I have to seriously think about getting some help for my OCD for pigments.....LOL!
Well, its not all bad, at least one of them is a repromote, but seriously I think the Nordies ones are going to be better.
Sleepyhead I too would have liked to have seen a gunmetal grey - but those with silver forst original will have that already, and the same deal for bright cobalt blue, blue original or RR blue are as good.
The only ones I am really looking forward to from THIS collection are Antique Green, Copperbeam and Heratige Rouge, but the sad reality is that I will almost certainly buy them all.....

I hate you MAC!!
But on the bright side, we have until September. Look at the silver lining!
I am just bummed because I wanted a chance to get some PRO blushes and eye shadows and perm. pigments, but those will have to go on the back burner unless I get some serious cash flow.
