I have So Ceylon, and the middle MSF picture looks pretty close to me. But then again, MAC has notoriously bad computer generated promo pics, so who knows?
And I'm really hoping that the Sheen Powder is a hybrid between beauty powders and MSFs, because that would be awesome!!

If this is true, that sucks for me. None of those worked for me. Thanks for the info though!

Re: MAC - Sheer Minerals Discussion
MSFs being made perm?! Love it.
Im definitely getting Gold Deposit. I sold mine on Ebay way back when it came out..I didnt really appreciate msfs back then *shame* I love my Shooting Star msf & cant wait to get Gold Deposit again- and a couple of them at that.
I liked the look of So Ceylon but it didn't show up on my skin (NC45)
Pettitcoat is pretty, same story as Gold Deposit. I might get that one again.

Re: MAC - Sheer Minerals Discussion
I am new to this, so bear with me.
Is this the same as the Mineralize Skinfinish Natural? If not, what is the difference?
TIA

Mineralize Skinfinish Natural (MSFN or MSF Natural) is like a face powder that is baked so it has subtle marbling.
Mineralize Skinfinish (MSF) are a highlight/blusher product that are multi colored and tonal and are metallic in their payoff. Some use them as a bronzer, highlighter, blusher, and eyeshadow.

If that's the case, I want them ALL! I am on the fence with Gold Deposit and So Ceylon. I have and love Petticoat, but with me being so fair, I am worried that Gold Deposit will be too orange one me, and So Ceylon too brown. Anyone NW15 have these? How do they look on us fair girls?

I've kinda stayed away from the MSFs because, whilst I don't mind a bit of shimmer, I don't want anything too glittery and I've seen reviews where people have had mixed results re colour depending on how much veining they have in their product.
But having said that, on the maybe-to-see-what-all-the-hype-is-about list, I've added Petticoat - So Ceylon and Gold Deposit seem too dark for me (NC15) and I'm afraid that they'll turn a bit muddy.
I'm about NC15 ( a little below some days) and with a light hand, these all are very wearable! So Ceylon and Gold Deposit seem to work better on me, when I use them more like a contourer/blusher. I lightly dust the dome and fall out on the container with my 188 or 129 or large mop artist's brush and make the fishy face and go from there. I think for those cooler toned gals that So Ceylon will look stunning on them!

So Ceylon, when i first got mine, i didn't like it. I found one recently at a CCO, and it looks a little different from my first one but we will see.

Re: MAC - Sheer Minerals Discussion
Petticoat, So Ceylon and Gold Deposit!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!
I have Petticoat already so I'll only get it as a backup if it ends up being the LE one, but I'll definitely get So Ceylon and maybe Gold Deposit since I passed on it the 1st time.

Re: MAC - Sheer Minerals Discussion
ooo I now can finally see what the hype around Petticoat. I dunno about this collection though. I really think that MAC MSFs and MSFN are causing me to break out. I haven't used my MSFN since May 3 and my skin is finally clearing up. And I have barely touched my Warmed and Light Flush. I guess this collection will have to be a pass for me.
