Ya know, Bobbi Brown did Metallics trios last fall, and they were insanely popular. I have never tried them, but in all of the pictures and FOTDs I have seen, they look amazing. I am hoping these will be like those. I am so excited to see what these are all about!

I just really HOPE that the pics are doing justice to the REAL THING. B/c a lot of times the pics come off either too bright or too dull. They look bright enough here but we need to calm ourselves a bit until we see actual promo pics of this collection. Breatheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

hmmm...now i'm second-guessing my Cool Heat picks looking at Talent Pool and Star by Night. For whoever has seen these shadows in person, how does Star by Night compare w/ Blue Flame from Cool Heats, and Talent Pool to Gulf Stream (they're both described as blue-green, but one has green shimmer and the other gold...is there much of a difference?)

Holy cow! I haven't even gotten my order from NN & Dazzleglass collections & I come home to find out that 2 more collections are coming out. MAC is really trying to make up all broke. Not that I mind...

Ok, so we are in a recession right, lol, but MAC is not letting up getting our last dollars. Geez, I am so excited about all these collections, my eyes and cheeks are glowing with the prospect of it all.

Now I'm rethinking my choices. lol.
How many olive greens do I need seriously? I have a whole jar of Golden Olive. You know what, forget Mink and Sable. Hahahaha.... oh my goodness. I get so excited that I churn out this gigantic list.

I say.. 4 shadows at most. Hmm... $56 + tax, not too hefty. I can get a pink shadow.. a lavender one.. a taupe.. and indigo, colors from color families I don't really have seems much more reasonable.

i think i should be excited, but for some reason these color descriptions are leaving something to be desired... i have hope though. for whatever reason i'm loving the name smoke & diamonds, color description sounds like maybe 2 or 3 colors i already own though. and i'll more than likely get talent pool, it's a turquoise, and i always cave to those. and, i already have the kohl powers, WHY can't we get some new colors in that particular formula

Secondly....daaaaayum! I come home from work and find this? This is great. I'm so excited. I don't like every shadow but ahhhhhhhh I can't wait. How do you guys know the finish will be different?

Sunset B. - Frosty mid pink
Lotusland - Pinky lavender with gold pearl
Smoke & Diamonds - Frosty dirty taupee
Go - Frosted bronze

Interest me the most. Heehee...can't wait girlies!

BTW: I didn't want to say that we would get matte e/s - I just thought that Matte² was the eyeshadow collection last September (October here), so Starflash will be the eyeshadow collection of this september! Probably.

Holy cow. I need a job like ASAP. MAC is really killing me this summer. However, with not having a job budgeting has become my BFF, which I guess could be looked at as a good thing.

These are the items that draw me in the most:

• Orpheus Kohl Power
• Smoke & Diamonds e/s
• Bold & Brazen e/s
• Go e/s

Okay I take back what I first said. I could see myself with four or 5 of them based on the images shown there. Lotusland, Talent Pool, and Sunset B. are the three I am liking the most, and Dreammaker will probably be bought because I love my gold shadows. If Bold & Brazen turns out well, I could buy it. Top Hat is not a shade I would normally wear, but it just looks so damn good on Ajuma that I can't resist (esp. since blues are big for fall, just ask Proenza Schouler). I got into MAC after the Kohl Powers were long gone, so I will pick up a couple to give them a whirl, see if they live up to the hype, because I know people LOVE Feline for the waterline (and I have to do UD Zero shadow OVER the Zero liner for mine to get it to the desired shade).
