So I called the MAC Corporate number asking if anyone can maybe somehow purchase the lipstick and they defiantly said No BUTTTT then i asked if MAC will be doing a special lipstick for every states and the lady hesitated then said "they could but i cant really tell you" SOOOOO IM ASSUMING THEY MIGHT!! =]

So maybe there's hope?! But I could just see them doing a cream red lipstick - ya know Huskers color...which I wouldn't wear. Or even worse, a yucky golden yellow - roughly the color of a cornstalk. Poo...MAC if you're reading this...do Nebraska's in a pretty pink like Cali, please!!

It would be so cool if for other states they didn't just do lipsticks but also eye shadows. I can just see it now! For Washington State they could do a dark green shadow called Emerald City or Evergreen. Ohhh....I really hope that they do one for each state!

I wonder if they chose California because of the recent overturn of the ban on gay marriages? Seeing as MAC's founders were gay, and the company is a strong equal-rights proponent.
