I'm sure the planning must have started well before that, for this promotion. I do hope they do one for every state, it would be such a very cool way to reward their customers.

So the question is, if Mac were to do this with another state (success of this campaign being taken into account)- which state would mac hit up next?

Gotta hand it to mac, promise of a free product is great way to get customers into the stores and buying products. Good business strategy in a floundering economy.

It would be nice for MAC to do a promotion by state. Although I shudder to think what color they would pick for Pennsylvania.

Does this mean that we need to cut back on our MAC purchases if they DO do one for every state!!?? It's pretty stupid that they are making this lipstick available only to people who haven't bought MAC in a while. I think we deserve some MAJOR love [I'm talking let's step it up to a lipstick and eyeshadow for each state, only available to MAC-aholics] for all the MAJOR bucks we donate to MAC.

My mother just keeps my mail from me . I'll have to tell her I want it if I get it LOL. She might not give it to me since she thinks its stupid to spend my money on MAC .

My parents think I am a shopaholic and I need help. lol But I am worried. B/c I didn't check the mailbox most of this week and my dad did.
