Stowaways - Nordstrom Exclusive
I don't know if I should give away alot of details, but as you all probably know by now, there is a new quad coming out with Naughty Nauticals called Stowaways.
I have not seen it in person, but it includes 2 light colors and 2 dark colors, one of which is a repromote of Satin Taupe.
You should also be aware that this particular item from Naughty Nauticals is a Nordstrom exclusive, and will not be available anywhere else except The Bay in Canada.
So, discussion? ^__^

Ya know, I normally don't have a problem with repromotes, but it bothers me that it is the same colors over and over. #1, Satin Taupe is a permanent color. #2, it was just repromoted in a quad 7-8 months ago. Doesn't MAC realize that doing that will deter alot of people from purchasing quads? If they are going to repromote, why not LE or d/c colors?

Hrm, don't have much liking to Satin Taupe but the others I don't have so hopefully I can convince someone to get me this as a birthday present!  It's not till the end of June but I don't quite see this quad selling very fast. Yellows have a way of driving away crowds.

Thanks AudreyNicole for the dupe suggestions. If EVER I think I want that quad, I'll just turn to the colors I ALREADY have!
Satin Taupe, AGAIN! I never bought the individual es 'cause I can name three quads or palettes off the top of my head that I already own with the color in it -- 2005 Delights palette, 2006 Velvet (6 smoked eyes) palette and 2007 Smoking Eyes quad.
There must be some rule they have to use that color in at least one palette or quad EVERY year!
And ya know what? Satin taupe looks horrid on me. I've tried many bases and color-combos to make it work, but it always goes flat and unattractive.....

Same here! It works for so many people, but definately NOT for me. It looks like I smeared mud all over my eyelids  I swapped mine almost immediately.
