IMO, basically any 3 neutral, pretty shadows that compliment each other for everyday use is what I consider 'must have'. As well as a very good black liner (such as Smolder or Blacktrack), black mascara, and virtually any lip things.

-266... multipurpose (liner/brows)
-239 good for packing on color onto your lid
-224-- don't use it so much for the crease, but for soft bleding.

I'm just beginning my MAC adventure but so far I can't imagine a makeup without:

-Bisque e/s as a base color

-Bare Canvas paint (better than many e/s bases I've ever used)

-Pinch o'Peach blush (sssso nice on a pale face like mine)

-Studio Finish Concealer (great shade again, invisible miracle-maker)

and just today I received a sample of two fluidlines (Macroviolet and Rich Ground) from a friend and I just know that Macroviolet is so gonna be my fav!!!!

soon I'm planning to visit MAC store so I'm prepared to have more favs! So far - these are THE ONES for me.
