If someone was that rude, I'd ask for her supervisor. We are doing them a favor as well by purchasing something from them at full price that would just end up at a CCO for a discount. I am sure the majority of people that ask for the search end up purchasing the items that are found. We are customers after all. Sheesh!

yea how long does it take for them to reply when you email them .. i sent one a while ago and it has been like weeks since then .. i got the confirmation one that they recieved it and i would get a reply "soon as possible" but i still havent gotten any response

Surely it wouldnt be that hard to make a limited amount of discontinued products just for those people who really want them. Rarely when they discontinue colours, there is a new one bought out to replace it and if there is, its generally nothing like the original colour.

That is exactly what happened to me. I ended up just calling but it is a pain because I am rarely ever able to call during "business hours" and why have it on the website if you aren't going to answer emails!! i sent two. I wanted to have them search for one other thing, but I don't feel like calling again and waiting on the line forever to talk to somebody.

Well, they must have found some of what I asked for, because they charged my credit card yesterday.
From the amount they took out, it looks like they found one of the MSFs(either Shimpagne or Pleasureflush... probably Shimpagne) and Lucky Green eyeshadow.
I can't wait for them to get here!

None of my other MSFs will be as loved as Shimpagne. *caresses mailbox*

Although, if it's Pleasureflush, and I don't like it, I can sell it for 10 Shimpagnes! muahaha

We'll see. Either way, I am EXTREMELY happy.

I probably do owe the mailman some cookies, too. That poor old man has to trek up to my door almost every day with packages of crap I've bought online.

I am so jealous Karen! Based on your posts I think I called for Lucky Green the same day you did and I haven't seen any indication I'm getting it...in fact I called on Monday and they said they saw nothing noted in my search. Congrats to you though -- can't wait to hear how you like it!

I actually got something in my mail last weekend(2 days before they withdrew the money) saying that they didn't find anything I asked for(pleasureflush msf, shimpagne msf, and lucky green e/s... 1 each).
But they've charged me, so evidently they found something. Whenever it gets here, I'll let you guys know what they sent.
Maybe they just hadn't gotten the info when you called. I called the day after I posted about writing them through the website(didn't feel like waiting for a response). It was 3 weeks to the day, I think, when they charged me.
I hope whatever it is gets here soon!

Yes, I hate it!
Only one of my UPS guys is nice. He comes to the door, knocks, says hello, smiles, and all that. The other ones practically throw it at my door. Jerks. >=[

I came home yesterday to another MAC package(a bunch of empty palettes I bought) that looked like it had thrown it from the truck! It was half on its side/upside down against the side railing... and was all beat up. Thankfully, the MSF wasn't in that package. If I had received a shattered Shimpagne, they would've gotten death threats from me. hehe
The one yesterday was delivered by DHL, not UPS, though.

I originally called on March 23rd. Funny thing is I called back to check on the status YESTERDAY, and they said there was no activity on it yet. :confused: So that made it even MORE of a surprise today!!!
