When using MSF as blush, should we apply it directly over powder/foundation or use some CCB under it?
Thx!

depends on the shade- and on the shade of your skin. most of them, you can just use over your foundation. a lighter one like porcelain pink might be better over another blush or ccb

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
Is it just me who thinks that MAC MSFs are way too chunky and glittery? I prefer my BB Shimmerbricks (ROSE!!!) to MSFs Really want to love them because I paid an arm and a leg for Petticoat.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
Hello!
I'm very new to this board and only been into MAC for like a year and a half now. I have heard a lot of girls liking the MSF's and wondering if anyone can recomend one for my skin tone. Or any other products too. I'm a NC15/ NW15 mix. Here is a picture for referance. Thanks!

Light flush would work for you.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
Does anyone know if any new MSFs are planned for release? I'm part of the pro-MSF fan base.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
Hi
Im going to invest on one of either warmed or light flush but haing never used any of these powders before wondered which would be best for my skin colouring. Im quite pale so dont want to look to in your face but like a bit of colour.
Are they shimmery? I want it for daytime look.
Many thanks

I am a NW15 and bought Light Flush. Even though Warmed look nice, I passed on it and bought two Light Flushes. It's a nice pink with a hint of peach. This color makes me glow a healthy pink. Not too shimmery at all.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
All I have to say is that I LOVE the mineralize skinfinish/natural!!! I can't say enough positive things about them!!!! The finish is so amazingly smooth! And with the new colors that launched with N-collection anyone can use them!!! I also love the mineralize skinfinish with the metallic veining in them!
I only have:
Porcelain Pink
Northern Lights
Lightscapade
I really liked Shimpagne as well but didn’t get it and thinking about getting Light Flush. Has anyone tried it?
I've also tryed some of the mineralize eyeshadows, they seem to work best when you wet them; but I must say over all I wasn't that impressed with them. I did like a few of the duel shadows from Antiquitease. Silver Smith and Family silver were my fav's

I got Light flush after people sugested it to me and I really like it! I also got Porcelain pink and Lightscapade and Glassade...and I love all of them. Light flush is darker than porcelain pink... it has a coppery rose hue.
Also light flush is a finer powder. Like when you put yor brush and swipe it across the surface you get a powder simular to if you were using a regular compact. So it takes a bit more work to get the color.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
Global Glow is very similar to Warmed (which is still available on the MAC site so you can buy it directly from MAC! )
They are two of my favourites and work so well on my skin tone

IMO they aren't simillar at all and Warmed is way better. Warmed isn't glittery or metallic.

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
I know what you're saying
In the pan they look different maybe I have more/less veining in mine but on the skin they are almost identical
Either way they are both beautiful but I bought a back up of Warmed heheh

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
My fave is Shooting Star, it's kinda like a bronzer and highlighter in one. Really chisels my face if you know what I mean! When I ran out recently I just could not find anything like it..... agh!

Re: Mineralize Skin Finish - basic facts
I have Light Flush and I LOVE it. I'm pretty pale and it gives me just a nice light flushed look. I found it on ebay for about $25.
