What does the Estee Lauder primer do for you?
I've been using Urban Decay's "Lingerie" primer, but it's time to replace my current tube, and I'd like to try a different one this time.

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
My favourite is Maybelline Define A Lash. I'm quite content with my natural lashes and a ton of mascara bugs me more often than not, so I find this is just the right amount for me. I'm not particularly looking for volume or length, really, rather a black that doesn't clump and get all gross - this is perfect for me!

I get both good volume and length from it, especially volume, and I find it very easy to work with - it doesn't clump at all for me, and it's buildable. It makes a big difference on my lashes, I get much more drama with it as a base than I get with only mascara - even really good ones. The EL lash primer + a good lengthening mascara is a winning combination that works as an alternative to natural-looking falsies, when I don't have the time or can't be bothered.
It also lasts for a long time without drying out or going bad.
I haven't tried any other lash primers, but I'm so pleased with this one that I'm not very tempted to stray. I will probably buy it again when I run out.

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
I absolutely love Lauder's primer also! I use it with a mix. Lately I have been using Lauders new Double wear mascara, and I like it okay. I love Lauder's Magnascopic, DiorShow, Lancomes Hypnose( except it seems to always dry out really quick!) Also I just bought Cliniques High Impact in Purple, and LOVE IT!

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
my bf just got back today and i was too eager to try the fiberwig! wow and wow!! a big thumbs up from me!! i just loooooooooooove it and my niece mistakenly thought that i wear falsies !! woohooo...which is a good sign since my natural eyelashes is 'barely-there' type! now, i would like to recommend it for those who wants a longer lashes but the cons is that, it does not volume ur lashes..still, i LOVE it!!

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
Currently my favorites are LashBlash by Cover Girl and Doll Eyes by NYX. I have to use waterproof mascara because my eyes water like crazy, so I was ecstatic when the waterproof LashBlast came out a few weeks ago. I have to say that it is not as great as the non waterproof formula, but I guess that is to be expected. Doll Eyes by NYX is everything that I want in a mascara. Long, full, dark, and dramatic lashes, BUT it seems to flake after 4+ hours of wear.

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
I keep coming back to a combination of Maybelline Lash DIscovery Waterproof as a "base coat" and then 1-2 coats of Full n Soft Waterproof over that.

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
My favorite mascara is Clinique High Impact mascara. I love every thing about Clinique Naturally Glossy mascara better, except Clinique High Impact mascara does not smudge under my eyes at all, while Clinique Naturally Glossy mascara does a bit.. but since that's my pet peeve with mascaras, I use the High Impact mascara!
Both are amazing. Both lengthen my lashes (High Impact lengthens more, while Naturally Glossy curls more). Neither clump my eye lashes, both last a very long time, and can look natural to dramatic.

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
I've never really had a problem with most mascaras I've used before, but let's see... most recently I've used Covergirl Lash Exact and Urban Decay's Big Fatty Mascara.
Love the brush on Lash Exact - no need to comb through after and I've never had problems with smudging.
Big Fatty Mascara is also a favorite of mine just because it does its job, plus comes packaged with a wicked name. :P

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
She Uemura's Fiber Xtension Lengthening Mascara. It is amazing! Doesn't flake, doesn't run (even when I cry!), slightly curls my lashes, and looks great even at 2 in the morning!

I have probably answered this a hundred times now but I love Lash Blash, Full 'n Soft, Voluminious and Biotherm Open Eyes (< a little pricey!)

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
My all time favorite is DiorShow, but I have been searching for a cheaper alternative, and like both Plushlash, and Lash Blast over MAC lash prep and prime. I guess though in the long run with having to buy the primer and mascara just purchasing Diorshow would be about the same. Go figure

Re: Your Favorite Mascara?
My god I've tried sooooooooo many mascaras over the years but the only ones I keep repurchasing are:
YSL Faux Cils-my HG mascara, this stuff works WONDERS. Even though it's pricey, I'd take this over DiorShow anyday.
CG Last Blast-I hate the giant ass orange tube, but it really does give my long lashes the "oomph" they need!
MAC Pro LongLash-I don't know if a lot of people like this, but I love it, especially if I'm using a different mascara over it. I wore 3 coats on each eye of just Pro LongLash and it made my eyelashes look crazy thick and dramatic. It's a staple for me.
