Anyone tried UD Blow lip plumper?

I keep seeing it and the ad copy and few reviews I've seen say that it feels different from other plumping glosses (cool/numbing vs. burning, like Lip Venom). I'm curious, but not quite $17 curious yet

I want to know, has anyone tried this? What did you think?
