This is my favorite eye pencil. It's a soft kohl eyeliner and it's probably the softest eyeliner that I've ever come across. It's very easy to apply and doesn't tug at the skin. It even comes with a little blender tip so you can smudge the liner for a smokier effect. The liner comes off after awhile, but that's pretty much how all eyeliner pencils are. It's really cheap, too: I bought this for $2.99 @ Drug Mart.
