I must say I am in love with this make up. I have had any break outs or huge pimples since I starting using the product.
As far as color matching goes, it matches pretty well. I am NW55 and i chose the darkest shade they had and its a perfect match. The undertones are a bit red but I have a lot of red in my skin so its no biggie. It photographs pretty well I have posted some FOTD's with it and it looks fine. It mattes up like Studio Fix Fluid almost you can build the coverage but I prefer a lighter coverage foundation more like select spf 15, face and body or studio mist. It stays on ALL DAY I just do a blot here or there but I dont get super oily. So I give this liquid foundations a thumbs up

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
Hate it! I used it for about a week. It was so oily (even though it was for oily skin!!!). I tried and was dissapointed..oh well back to Mac

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
I love this foundation. Initially I was disappointed when they discontinued the original formula. However, I like this formula a lot better. I am a MAC NW20 & use Colorstay in Nude. The color match is good & I love the staying power.
I have combo skin and use the formula for combo & I don't look oily.
This is my HG foundation. I have tried many from high end to low end and this is the best for me.

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
I've wanted to try the foundation, so this review totally helps. I use the Colorstay with Soft Flex Powder - and its a dream. a little touch up with that and some blotting sheets and its all good. so you might wanna try the powder, too!

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
i tried this and i had random blue spots everywhere. i dont know whether its because i used a sponge or the makeup. i went to mac and told the mac artist, she's like, well it wont give you blue marks i promise haha.

I really love this! I'm NW15 and like the porcelain look with full coverage. This foundation looks great on me (best applied with fingers - tried 190 and 187 brushes, sponges etc.), no need for powder or blotting. Too bad it doesn't have a pump though.

i love this foundation. i was a mineral makeup user for a long time but this is so much better! it's nice and light and i don't feel like i'm wearing a ton of product. it applies beautifully and really is just wonderful and doesn't turn orange or anything. llooovvvee.
the only thing i don't like is the bottle. i really wish it had a pump.

I've been wearing this since high school (the original formula) and I stopped for a while to use the New Complexion (and whatever they called it before that) foundation to powder compact for a few years. I don't know why I stopped. I love this foundation. I have acne-prone combination skin and the new formula seems to work well for me. It stays on my face, not on my clothes. It blends well, it's not too thick and covers well. I have yet to be broken out of clogged. I think I will stay with this line forever. I wear Caramel 400.

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
I have this foundation on right now! and I'm a teacher..so I've had little kids rubbin' up against me all day long givin' hugs and it still looks great at 8 at night!
I switch between this and maybelline age rewind(i'm 25 but i like the smooth and full coverage it gives lol)...but the maybelline gets soooo greasy ...with this I only get oily a bit along my nostrils...nothing big at all.
so I'm torn...I wish this had the full coverage that hte age rewind does...and I wish the age rewind had the matte finish this one did!

I love this foundation. Toast matches my skin perfectly, and it stays on all day. I work a long shift and run around a lot, and I don't have to touch up, not once!

I love this foundation; as my skin gets very oily through the day i got the oil control formula and it's great! only problem is the shade i got is slightly too dark and pinky for me so i'm gonna buy another shade soon. It does provide full coverage so i only use it for when im going out/ parties and that, and it does not budge AT ALL.

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
I definitely like the old formula better.I wore it in caramel and it fit my skin tone like a dream and would not budge. Well the new formula's variation of caramel is not to lite and the next on up is too dark my next complaint is it does rub off somewhat unlike it's predecessor.

I love Revlon ColorStay foundation. It gives my skin a nice matte finish, isn't oily, and has great coverage. There's a huge range of colors, so I was able to find one that is perfect for me. I recommend this foundation to anybody-I've never liked a foundation this much.

Would you buy this product again? Yes! I have 2 bottles as backups already!
I love this stuff. Never budges, super water-resistant and lasts the ENTIRE DAY. I went to the pool yesterday with full-face MU (complete with UDPP, eyeshadows, mascaras) and the Revlon foundation.
Spent 3 hours in the sun, in the pool, with the slides etc... The mascara smudged and rubbed off, the eyeshadows faded a little but the foundation barely BUDGED!!
Highly recommended to all

Re: Revlon Colorstay with Soft Flex
omg I have been using this foundation for 10 years...Best foundation on the market for a cheap price. ANd I don't break out from it, and I just love the coverage it gives me. Has anyone tried the custom blend? I think that's what its called. Jessica Alba does the commerical for it. I'm hesitant to give it a try cuz it doesn't make sense how on how I would select my color considering there's a dial on the bottle and about 4 shades. Any ideas?

General Comments: I bought 320 True Beige and it worked lovely, but it was too dark for me since my summer tan faded. I can't justify buying another one until I use up the zillion other foundations I own (but aren't as good, but what can you do). It stayed on great, and my skin and lifestyle aren't the greatest. lol.
UPDATED: I bought 250 Fresh Beige and it's my perfect match. It stays on all day and I don't need to use ANY concealer, I just put on a first layer and then stipple more over my blemishes. Works perfect.

I'm NC20, and use colorstay in Buff. I have pretty temperamental skin, that varies between dry and combo, so I've tried both the dry/normal and the combo/oily versions of this foundation. The dry/normal dried to a powdery, flaky finish on me, no matter how hard i tried it never looked perfect.
The combo/oily one on the other hand is just gorgeous! The texture is pretty different from the dry/normal one, it seems more gel-based to me.
This foundation is great mixed with a bit of moisturizer for sheerer coverage. Also, The packaging is really inconvenient.

I have been using this since high school (10 years). I am pale with oily skin, blotchiness, large pores and a lot of unevenness... It combats all of the above. Whenever I have this foundation on, people compliment me on my skin.
The staying power is great. I live in a humid area and it stays on until I wash it off. I will use this forever!

My shade is the toast and I love this color on me. It pretty much stays put all day and I sweat my tail off when I'm at work. I work in a hot factory so the staying power is what keeps me using this product. I do use the cs stipling brush and I do find that it looks more airbrushed this way. The key is to use a good moisturizer and rub in very well and let soak in for at least 15 mins b4 applying this foundation.
