Estee Lauder / MAC discounts

I just wanted to ask if anyone knew if working for Estee Lauder / Clinique will entitle you to discounts from EL other brands, namely MAC, LOL? the reason i'm asking is I just got hired to work at the Clinique and Estee Lauder counters at an AAFES BX. for those of you who may not know what AAFES BX is, it means Army Air Force Exchange which is a kind of store that specifically caters to those in the Armed Forces and their dependents. My husband is in the USAF and we're stationed in the UK right now. I haven't started at the job yet so i didn't want to ask that since i just got hired. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!
