Funky Shibuya Inspired Makeup Tutorial

I love shibuya, and its definitely one of the places i would love to go to someday. I was inspired by their fashon forward style and the bright city lights, and the youth of the shibuya girls.

I created a neon colorful look using:
Coastal scents 88 palette
ELF duo cream shadow in Olive
ELF black waterproof liner pen
lashblast mascara in dark brown
