Would you be able to provide a picture of the bottom of the pigments? Pigments that have no names are usually fakes/counterfeit.

There weren't any names on them? Yikes. You bought them at MAC? My mind jumps to the idea they are fakes esp. if you have no label on the bottom.

Really if they are fakes, we can tell you what we think they were trying to be, but the name may not be right b/c they are fake and many fakes look "off".

IE Green brown that looks gold, not even greenish.
Deep Blue Green that sure as hell is NOT Deep ANYTHING.

Be careful, I'd be worried using anything fake around my eyes, like what the heck are they making them from??

I tend to think the same thing - if they arrived without labels then they are likely to be fake......

They really look fake to me as well.. :/ The bases of the jar are really thick too.

Yes they are fakies. I compared one of these jars to a jar that I bought while traveling in TX. I noticed a few differences [or atleast what I think are differences.] I bought these 8 pigments in a MAC store in Atlanta, GA. They will be going back asap when I can find the time to make a trip up there.

You got these right at MAC?? Or was it a CCO? Either way, i would bring them back ASAP! I always see fake MAC pigment on eBay (even got 2 but got a refund!) but never heard of anyone finding them in a store! I just always thought people ordered the fakes from Asia or something or got them from private fake suppliers!!!

Let us know what happens!!!

From a real live MAC store! Not even a stand. A store! Crazy isnt it?! Never thought I would come across fakies in a MAC store. I stay away from the whole MAC on ebay thing. I think my trip to FLA this weekend is going to turn in a trip to Atlanta...

Nope. Full genuine looking MAC boxes. I watched the lady pull them out of the drawr myself.

okay thats just scary crap. wtf is GOING ON!!!!!????? So you went into the store, picked out colours, did they give you boxes? labels with just numbers are so wrong. What does the receipt say (when I buy stuff sometimes it'll have a note about colour). This baffles my mind.....

Oh wow. I don't know if this would be effective, but I'd scan or take a photo of the receipt, the boxes and the photos of the pigments and email them to Corporate. Either someone at that store was seriously duped (no pun intended) or something very fishy is going on at that store. Wow.

Yes it is! I will have to find my receipt and check it out. I pray i still have it. Cause I am going to get that $200 back.
I don't think I am buying MAC pigments in Atlanta again.

I have already got Corporate information from Live Chat. They will definantely be hearing from me bright and early in the morning.

She went straight to them when i picked them out.

WOW, that is SCARY. Fake MAC from a store in Georgia? A genuine MAC store/counter? Are you sure it wasn't like a stand selling fake MAC? Like a booth or shop selling what appeared to be MAC items?

Pigments with number stickers on the bottom are a dead give-away that they are fake!
