It so true, it gets annoying when you have a kid crying its' brains out and the parents don't do anything. I'm thinking, why not take the kid outside until they have settled?!

States need to enact a law that allows parents to let their kids like maniacs in restaurants on the condition that they pay everyone else's bill. You know, since they saw to it that everyone else's meal was ruined.
