During the day, I prefer to line my waterline with a white liner, but when I go out, I like to line my waterline with a darker liner, and then smudge for a more sultry look.

I wouldn't want to suggest bangs for I fear it would shield your beautiful facial features, but I honestly believe that you could pull off bangs or 'framing' really well. As far as color, I wouldn't touch it, but that's just me.
