Yep, its about 20-30% more in Canada compared to USA, and then add the sales tax which can be up to 13% on top of the price.
So far the cheapest MAC I've bought was in Hong Kong.
Here in Japan, its very very expensive.
I think the nude lip look is better on girls with darker complexions. I think its harder to find an appropriate shade for us pale NC15 gals. That being said, don't give up. Keep trying different shades till you find a color that works.

Hello. I checked out their website and the prices are pretty similar to the prices for MAC if bought in Canada (but not in Japan where MAC is significantly more expensive).
