Rude! I was so glad that I had my package held at UPS until I got back from Virginia. I had one lipstick from MAC arrive broken (Pink Poodle). They replaced it right away

It sucks because it wasn't like I left it outside in the mailbox, my mom was here and received the package for me so that means if it did melt it happened at the hands of ups. :'(
