Oh my you too
greengrin.gif
and then I was bad & put a few more items in my cart this evening...& took one thing out to make myself feel less guilty
lol.gif
Sounds like me and my to-do lists. When my day isn't as productive as it should be I add stuff that I've already done or I know I will end up doing like 'cook dinner' or 'load the dishwasher'. Feels good to have items checked off of my list even if all the checked items are bogus add-ons.

:party2: YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST products ever.  That vitamin C serum is everything! I look 13 or somewhere in that neighborhood :D I also use it on my decollete & now I look like I have twin 13 year olds :haha: Dramatically is right!!!  I love how my skin looks so much right now, that I don't even want to try anything else to mess it up. I bought 2 of the kits & one of them had the cleansing foam in it.
I seriously choked on my wine when reading through this page. I'm not kidding, my shirt is soaked.

For those of you who have placed multiple orders, why do you do that instead of placing one huge order? I've done the same, so I'm just trying to understand the psychology of it!
Usually, I will break up my orders if I am trying to use a promo code such as for a sample bag or deluxe sample... more orders = more perks!. Other times, it's because I forgot to order an item or something popped back into stock, which has happened during this sale. Or sometimes I keep browsing after I checkout and run across a new item that I just have to have right away.

Hey kids, I want to do a gift grab thing for my coworkers this year.  Put a bunch of small beauty gifts in a bag and let them randomly reach in and pick things out.  Nothing too outrageous.  I was thinking of putting in some nail polish, a few of those macaron lip balms, and splitting up a Philosophy gift set of shower gels and adding those.  Do you all have any more ideas?
That's one way to get rid of a bunch of your samples, make a gift bag out of them.
I swear by the following hand creams: 1. L'Occitane Shea Cream- I always liked it, but the difference I saw it make on my dying father's legs (that were red and angry and scaly with nerve death, etc.... doctors were having him buy $150 a tube medicinal creams that did nothing). After 2 days of me rubbing the shea cream on his legs, they were so soft and calmed. I also use it when I have a minor burn. 2. Tatcha Indigo Hand Cream- Hydrating, pleasantly scented. Expensive, but lovely. I've used up 2 travel sized tubes; the 20% was enough to make me splurge for the full-sized ($38) tube. And... If budget's no limit.... AmorePacific Time Response Hand Renewal Cream- O.M.G. This stuff is incredible. I hoard sample packets of it. It's sold in 3 1-oz tubes..... for $90.
I second the l'occitane!! About 8 years ago I got a chemical burn on my hands from some resurfacing gel that a friend of mine wanted me to try. I worked at Sephora at the time so every couple hours I would smear some of their cremé on my hands and it worked wonders.

Whew this thread blew up! Too many things to quote lol. Love seeing everyone's hauls. Hope everyone gets what they wanted ♡ Been really depressed lately I'm so ready for some retail therapy. Are glam glow products worth it? I'm eyeing that hydration set.

I feel the need to add to the Sephora annoyances 1. Why do I have to spend $35 to get "vibr" gifts. I obviously spend a lot of money there or I wouldn't be a VIBR. It annoys me that I have to spend $10 more to get something. I've already spent $$$ be VIBR. 2. If I spend $3,000 in a year I want to be VIBR for the next 3 years dammit
I totally agree with you. I spent just about the same, and wrote Sephora. They response was they were going to pass the information on to their beauty insider program. Yeah right

Right now - it is because things go in and out of stock. I just ordered the "baby" Z-palettes because they came back in stock..

I just ordered those baby Z-palettes like an hour ago and it has already been sent to the warehouse for shipment..

Are the dimensions on the baby Z-palette correct? Because it seems bigger than the small size.. I have two of the small size and they fit 9 Mac shadows in them..

What does everyone think about IT brushes? My sister just got sucked into my makeup obsession and started buying a bunch of really good stuff, but her brushes suck. I was thinking of getting her a nice brush set or at least a few of the essentials and most Sephora brush sets suck. Are the IT brushes like that too? Good quality as individuals, but the kits suck?
I *love* It Cosmetics brushes... and their sets are great too. ( I don't own any but I have felt them up at Ulta many times lol).. If you have an Ulta nearby - you can go in and feel them yourself, including the brush sets. They have "testers" out that you can touch and feel.

Did you see the Tarte holiday brush set? I do NOT need any more brushes, so I have been resisting, but that set seems nice.

Also, I heard Zoeva has really nice brush sets.. I think a lot of times - brush sets aren't the way to go.. seems like companies don't put as much effort into them and their quality is lacking, but I don't think that is the case with It Cosmetics.

I have been a fan. I have seen some complaints about their youth line, as it is designed to be very tingly. It feels almost like a burn. My skin looks and feeld great after though! But the hydration line is nice, no tingly there. I actually just placed another order and splurged on the complete Glamglow set. I honestly will have no need for anything for a long time after this. I think I am in the multiple small order bandwagon because I keep telling myself I don't need anything else, but then I find something else to order.

Yep, the baby palette is larger. I found it odd but liked the price so I bought 2 of them.

I recommend the Almond Veil lotion if you want something yummy without glitter. That said, it's $$$. I bought the kit not realizing that there was glitter in the lotion. I'll use it, but it was a disappointment.
Looking up the almond veil lotion :type:  thanKS again for the heads up. I would have been disappointed!

I hope you retail yourself to feeling good again---if only for a time. I know how you feel.
I happen to LOVE GlamGlow products but you might want to go through a sale that they're having right now on their own web site.
It's a BOGO but not all products apply. If you're interested the specific info is a few pages back on this thread. Happy hauling!!!!
