I don' t think so....I think this collection includes the "Strobe" EDSF and the new Strobe Creams.
That is at least all we can see in the promo pic.

IIRC someone posted that the pinwheel will launch next year.

I wish there were more highlighters though, I need MAC to make like 20 different ones, all permanent.
