I bought a cream liner recently but its become quite dry and difficult to work with. I must not have closed the lid tightly enough because i think it dried out. Is there a way to fix it. I really cant afford to buy a new one and this one's practically new. I'd hate to let it go to waste...

I wash and wash my face but i never seem to get all the make up off... the hardest part is the eye area. i use mascara and eye liner pretty much daily and i never seem to take all of it off...=[ WHAT DO YOU GUYS USE!!!
