ok so i tried looking through some of the posts and couldnt really find an answer..... im really excited because after only 2 weeks as a freelancer i got offered a PERMANENT position!! *yay* now the manager is asking me what i was looking for as far as hourly or whatever....i dont really know...

I was told that the the full time and part time employees are given a brush set to use for work that they have to turn back in if they leave...is this the same for FREELANCERS? or do the freelancers have to purchase theyre brushes since i keep reading in the threads that they dont get the...
