Has anyone else experienced tingly lips when first applying lustreglass. I brought my first one day when i first applied it was tingly then it went away. Is that something common or should I stop using it.

Ok I went to this make up store today called Paris gallery ( which is like the middle eastern version of sephora) and I brought face and body in #12 it had no pump but I notice the other colors did. What's up with that? Is the pump only available with certain shades.
