Pros: doesn't go patchy, great colour match, good coverage, light packaging

Cons: smells funny, might be to thick for some

I really like this foundation! I don't use it for my everyday foundation but I use it for when I have am going on a night out. This is the only Mac foundation I am a big fan of. I like the texture as it's easy to blend and has a lightweight feel, but with an amazing coverage. I have combination skin and had severe acne and I am left with scarring and I still so get spots, but not really bad, for this I need a good high coverage foundation that is going to last me all day. This foundation works perfectly for me.

My actual mac foundation shade is NW15 but I have this foundation in NW25  because I use it for when I'm wearing fake tan. I like the finish as I find it's a almost velvety finish, which can be made super matte with powder, so it's very versatile. I really like the packaging for this foundation as it's in tube type package so it's not really heavy to carry around in your bag. You don't need a lot of product to cover all your face and to get a great coverage.

However the only thing about it is the product smells really weird. I find that all Mac foundations have a strange foundation. However once you get over the smell this product is a winner!

Pros: full coverage, blends well, natural finish

Cons: can look cakey, not for oily skin

I bought this foundation about a year ago as an alternative to my go to Studio Fix Fluid foundation and for the most part I like this foundation, and I always get tons of compliments when I wear it. If you have very oily skin, like myself, I would not recommend this product unless you are willing to work with it. I usually only use this in the winter or when I won't be wearing makeup for longer than six hours as the oiliness can get a little out of control. However, the coverage on this foundation is phenomenal. I am a shade NC 45 and the foundation blends well with my skin. To combat the oiliness I usually use a really good primer, such as Maybelline photoready primer, and MSFN in dark to set the foundation without adding to much product. Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who is looking for a true full coverage foundation.

Pros: nice coverage, feels good on drier skin

Cons: difficult shade match

I first got this foundation in nw40 and it was too light. besides that, the coverage was great and it blended well. I later exchanged it for nw43 (I think my absolute perfect shade would be a nw41.5 if that were possible, lol) now i like it even more. I don't care for heavy coverage, as I'm only a casual foundation wearer, but this can be light to medium coverage and can also be buildable to heavy. I keep it light. blends well and covers my redness. I really like it!

ok, after wearing the NW43 for a little while, I noticed the color is still a little 'off'. I'm gonna try NC44 maybe, see how that works. again, the coverage is pretty good tho.

Pros: Covers Well, Great on the Skin, Compliments my Color

Cons: None So far

I've only had this foundation for a couple of days now, started out with a sample, but for the time being I love it. I like how it blends with my skin and it doesn't leave spots and it doesn't leave dry spots. It gets rid of my blemishes and it just makes my skin look great! I love it!

Pros: Creamy, Gel Based, Great color choices

Cons: A little to oily

I really love this foundation. I am a full coverage everything type girl. I am NC35 in this foundation. I like how the yellow tones in this foundation helps to balance out my skin tone. It seems to spread very smoothly across my skin. The only thing I dont like about this foundation is that it makes my skin very very oily. I have oily skin as it is, so I know MAC foundations are not always the best choice. But as long as Im using a primer its fine.

Pros: i can build the coverage i want with it!

Cons: sime may think its oily

I use this in hair shows on my clients and i absolutely love it because i can build the coverage to what i want and it still looks natural.

Pros: Easy to Apply, Good Coverage, Good Range of Shades

Cons: Can Get Cakey

I bought this foundation after it first came out in 2009 as an alternative to my trusty powder foundations, for when powder just wasn't going to cut it. I wasn't quite ready for a true liquid foundation, this one is more like a gel if that makes sense.

What I like about this foundation is that it is really easy to apply and blend to my face. I also like that it isn't heavy feeling on the face and that it applies medium/heavy coverage.

What I don't like about this foundation is that if you apply too much (you don't need a lot of product at a time with this) it can look cakey and fake in areas. I don't like when my foundation doesn't really look like my skin, you know? This can be avoided with careful application though.

Overall I really like this foundation and will be purchasing it again. I do need to get a different color though, the NC15 I bought a year ago is now far too light. I would recommend it to those looking to try a new foundation out and aren't looking for the traditional liquid formulation.
