Are they looking more for people with experiance (beauty school...ect) who don't quite look the part (age, features ect...) or for people with less experiance who they can train who look more like a MAC MA ? All the ones here seem to be younger with kind of harsher features... What do you think ?

I think i would like to try to get into it this way... I guess its good and bad, since if you're really good, you may get to stay on schedule, but if you're not so good you wont and will never come back... but then again, if you're bad they'll probably just fire you... Lol. But does anyone...
