I've heard one of the lipsticks from the new Maybelline color sensational vivids line is pretty close, it's called shocking coral. It's not matte like the mac one but it is very pigmented and bright, maybe a bit more coral than party parrot. Just came out this month in drugstores.

Cosigning.. shocking coral from the Maybelline Vivids line is very close. Though its not a Matte, the color is pretty dead on. If I'm able I'll try to post the swatches when I get home.

Although not a drugstore option... MAC's impassioned is veryyyyy close!! (Not matte though)
