Such a lovely mascara.  It really brought serious drama to my lashes and I LOVE how it goes on. It’s smooth and is really easily buildable.

Lancome Virtuose Black Carat is an all in one mascara that’s designed to lengthen, curl, and volumize all day long, and it’s quite effective in giving that super deep dramatic blacker than black effect. I’m impressed with all of that.
I’m also impressed with the colors…and am highly curious to give Copper Carat and Platinum Carat a try. And Gold Carat. Yes, I would try them all because um. Copper lashes? Psh. Sign my redheaded self UP.

However.

You know your friend whom you love so much because she’s so much fun but man alive it’s really annoying making plans with her because she’s a Flaky McFlakerpants? Like she flakes out on all of your plans and she is perpetually late and she’ll show up on time if it’s relevant to HER but not so much you?
This mascara is that friend. MAN it’s dramatic and amazing, but after 6 or 7 hours of wear, I had black flakes all OVER my cheekbones.
Now, to be fair, I work in a GYM, so that may have exacerbated the circumstances, so I’m going to keep this mascara in the rotation but…flakes. *sigh*  If it gets better through ‘normal’ wear I’ll definitely let you guys know, but for what I do and how I do it, mayyyyybe not  the best choice.  I love how dramatic it is though.
