Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Same here. If you would ask me to keep just one blush, one only, I would keep Merrily. I love it even more than Warm Soul.

Is there a colour that would work for me (NW20)? Can everyone wear every colour? TIA

Yes, I think so. MSFs are very "multi-functional" You can use them as a blush, as a highlighter or as a bronzer, depending on your skin tone.

I posted once a FOTD wearing MSF Warmed

http://specktra.net/f166/gulf-stream-fotd-107916/

Warmed - Golden bronze with light yellow gold veining

You see this shade is not too dark.

Oh, thanks for the link. You look amazing in this picture.
When they come out I will try them and see how they work for me.

I loooove the mineral e/s!!! This is so exciting

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Confirmed: Gold Deposit (Deep copper bronze with gold sparkle) and Soft and Gentle (Gilded peach bronze) are going to a permanant.

And in case anyone is still having any confusion Gleeful, Dainty, Warm Soul, Love Joy, Gentle, and Love Thing are the permanant Mineralize Blushes.

P.S. sorry if this is old news! I'm just trying to clear the air about what's perm and what's not!

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Yay. Going to add Gold Deposit to things I have to get from MAC later!

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

This is an updated list of prices. Maybe things are going down in price?? It's weird because the Mineralize Skinfinish prices are to 25.00, and loose is still 29, and then the repromoted eyeshadows are up... but Satinfinish and Blushes are down. o.O

Mineralize Satinfinish SPF 15 - $26.50
Mineralize SPF 15/Loose - $29.00
Mineralize Skinfinish/Natural - $25.00
Mineralize Skinfinish - $25.00
Mineralize Blush - $18.50
Mineralize Eyeshadow (Duo) - $17.50
109 - $32.00
182 - $45.00
187 - $42.00
188 - $34.00
190 - $32.00
217 - $22.50
239 - $24.50

That's so weird. Especially for the blushes because they were originally $21.00 so it's not like they forgot to update it. =/

This picture is a promo for both Electroflash, and the Mineralize extension. I think all the different products look cool together. =)

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Ohh maybe I should get them from the US instead, way better prices!!

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Did I miss something!?! Are they going to repromote the electroflash mineralize eye shadows? I am so confused!

The pic is nice!

I wonder what the prices will be over here. If price of the blushes is down, I can finally get Gleeful. I didn't buy any of the e/s duos and blushes in Electroflash and Sonic Chic in an attempt to save for future collections - CoC, Manish, Ungaro... Some of the MES and blushes are still selling now, so next weekend I will go to the counter to check how much they cost. If price of the blush is down, Gleeful will be mine this October.

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Deffo gonna get both MSFs, I right now have only Glissade and I want more of them!

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

I'm glad that another MSF is going to be permanant! So many things are being discontinued, i think maybe 50-100 products this year if i remember that very long list correctly.

Question - I hear tha they will be rotating the MES every so often. I'm not sure if i miss this information but will they be rotating the sonic chic blushes as well?

A rotation of the blushes would mean we would get new ones after a while, wouldn't it?

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

Makes me mad of how much I spent on Sonic Chic, if those prices are really going to be the price of the blushes.

New mineralized blush colors? Or would we get pleasantry, merrily, and nusance back again in so and so months?

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

*Cries* Now I have to go scavenge for a Merrily backup. I wanna go back and swap my new Love Thing for one, but I nabbed the last Sonic Chic blush at that location. I hope the freestanding has more.

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

I hope those really are the prices of the blushes. Honestly, the price was the main reason I didn't buy from Sonic Chic. That and we already knew they'd become perm (semi-perm, whatever LOL). Maybe I wasn't alone and that's why they brought down the prices?

I skipped both Sonic Chic and Electroflash entirely due to prices. I know that they brought down the Canadian prices on Electroflash before long, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had issues selling things.

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

^^^ I agree, I also skipped them for the same reason. Plus, I was broke and trying to save for CoC.

Same. I actually skipped them because i wrecked my car and had a $500 deducatable to pay....... but im glad some of the SC blushes with be perm so i can scoop them up. I think im going to when i buy the sheer bronze loose powder and 182 kabuki in october... something else to look foward to! yay!:-)

Re: MAC - Mineral Line Expansion and Displayer Discussion

I skipped SC and Electroflash altogether too because a) I had a shortage of funds, b) I way preferred Colour Forms, and c) I knew I'd be getting the Manish Arora blushes.
