At the event, everything was out, and the red packaging is gorgeous. For once, I am sad that I don't want more from the collection, simply because of the packaging. I didn't do a preorder because we will be moving next week, but I am definately getting the cool eyes palette. I was interested in the Classic one too, but when I swatched it, I changed my mind. I didn't pay much attention the much else, as I didn't want to tempt myself.

I think I'm doing pretty well with my self control with the new collections. I'm not obsessing too much over anything coming out within the next few months.
I think from these collections I'll only be getting the Basic Brush Set, if that.

i've decided that i don't want anything from these collections anymore because i already have underage l/g and pink grapefruit l/g. i also have c-thru l/g (just bought it today) and love nectar lustreglass so i don't need the coral or neutral lipglass/lustreglass sets. i don't want any of the pigment sets either because i have samples of most of the colours already. i'll still check out the pink lipglass/lustreglass set though but i doubt i'll buy it cuz i already have a lot of pinks. the lip bags look cheap so i'm definitely not getting any of those either.

Does anyone know when the brush sets will be available in Europe especially Germany? And are they available at Counters and Pro stores or just the Pro store or even at other online stores like Douglas? I'm soooo exited

Heads up ladies and gents, I just got back from saks to do my presale. Apparently, there will be a saks exclusive brush set that will cost $125. They said there was a delay in shipment and that they don't know much about the set, but will let me know as soon as they do.

I own very few quality brushes I really like, none of which are MAC. Should I go ahead and buy all 3 of these brush sets, or save up and buy each full size individually (for the ones I want)? I love the red, but I definately don't want that to be the deciding factor!

Hey friends, I just asked live chat when the brush sets will be released, they said they are *aiming* for Oct 21 (online), so Oct 23 in stores. I hope this isn't common knowledge, but I was confused b/c the color story just said November, but in fact it should be out with the rest of the stuff in October!

really? for two brushes? I know the "couture" are supposed to be nicer, but I can't think they're that much nicer to justify paying $60 each!

I'll be honest, I love the brush sets, but I definitely don't consider them high quality. If you're looking to invest in some nice brushes, buy the full-size brushes, even if you have to get them one by one- I've found the quality to be far superior, and they are also guaranteed for life, which the mini brush sets are not. Also, there are a lot of great brushes to consider besides MAC (like Chanel) that are comparably priced but serve different purposes, so don't feel limited to just MAC. Ok I'll stop rambling now!

The MAC MA from Douglas told me yesterday they will get the whole collection, the little darlings at the end of november but she's getting the whole information this thursday seems like all MACis get it on thursday and now I'm waiting for friday...

If you are talking about the one that is black satin and has jewels and velvet trim then that came out with Formal Black. Not MAC Couture. Holiday 06. I have that brush set and I am in love with it. And to be honest, I like it A LOT more than the regular line brush roll.

My wishlist:

Passions of RED:
I want an eye palette, don't know which one yet, i have to see them in person.
No lip palette for me. I don't use them :/

Adoring Carmine:
-So far the 3 Rose Lips grab my attention.

Little Darlings:
-The 5 cool pigment set
-The 5 Coral Lipglass/Lusterglass set
-The 5 Pink lipglass/lusterglass set.

And this is without the Red She said things that i want! I'm going to be so broke! Why MAC, why must you do this to me?!! I still you though...hehe
