There will be an icon collection next year. I repeat, there will be an icon collection next year. Yours truly just got the scoop, and I think you all are going to love who has been chosen to be MAC's next icon.

Lol my moms and my guesses are Cher, Madonna, Dolly Parton, Cindy Lauper or Annie Lennox! And we're probably wrong. I didn't read the first icon thread, so they've probably been guessed before :P I wanna knowwwww, I LOVE icon collections!!

I'm such a sucker for Icons. I think its a great part of MAC that they pick someone who tends to be older. I wonder if "musician" and "she" means Madonna???
I think to prevent ourselves from going crazy like we are on the Hello Kitty board right now, we should play a little game where we post our favorite items from Beauty Icon collections of the past.

My first Icon: Diana Ross
Favorite Icon to date: Catherine Deneuve, because the shadow quads were amazing. I still use them ALL the time

Favorites from each collection
Diana Ross: Pink Brushes, especially the 109
Catherine Deneuve: Shadow Palettes
Raquel Welch: Peaceful beauty powder

I'd love to hear everyone else's favorites!

I was gonna guess Cher too. She's a shoe-in. DOLLY!!! EEK! I didnt even think of her. She'd be such a great beauty icon. Your mom came up with a good list!

I try not to think about the fact that I missed both the Liza and Diana Ross Icon collections. I was sort of into MAC at that time but not really. I would love to have those pink brushes!
