Hey Hey girlie I still have my volcanic ash believe it or not, since I use it sparingly. I think there should be more of the salves, since the ingredients aren't as hard to come by as volcanic ash.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

Not huge news here, but my ma was raving about how awesome the honey products were. Looks like mac has a hit on their hands again.

Kind of makes u wonder why they don't permanently tap into the specialty skincare field.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I might get the Salve since I'm addicted to the TLCs (i.e The Hello Kitty ones). I'm still deciding whether I should get the Creations: Naked Honey or not.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I wish at least one of the perfumes smelled like delicious honey goodness, but I am always dissapointed by MAC perfumes. I can't think of a single honey perfume.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

Reading these last posts made me really keen on the body products.
I love pampering myself after shower or bath!
Well if it's not comin to Singapore I hope it will come out in Europe while I'll be there or worse comes to worse I'll ask my mum to buy something for me!

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I have to say I really like the skin salve. I am personally not a fan of salves, but this one isn't as greasy as most but offers the same fabulous treatments as others. I'm in love with the shower gel. When we were using it at update, I used a little on an area on my hand, and when i went to wash them I could feel where I used the gel. Plus the shower gel feels like you are running over you. The skin care items are just to die for in this collection.

The fragrances were nice too. Africanimal is spicy and sweet. I am definitely going to be getting this, its exotic and rich. The other fragrance is pretty too, it reminds me of honeysuckle.

The make up colours are all dupable but still worth checking out. The highlight powders are much creamier in texture than Dame Edna so i'm probably picking these up.

But I think this collection is going to be a hit just because theres a little bit of everything in there that is workable and appeealing to everyone.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

the more i think about this collection the more i think i can skip it. did want a gloss and shadow but i'm sure i could manage without. need to tighten my purse strings a little and i don't think i'd miss not getting these products.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

Still not very excited about this collection....yet.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I think I might skip the Creme D'Miel shadow now too.
I picked up Dreammaker and I heard it is quite similar...can anyone confirm? Erine?

Who am I fooling? I will prob get it!

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I'm probably skipping the fragrances and body products, because that usually isn't MAC's strength. I love my honey fragrances without a lot of floral notes.
The eye shadows look lovely though, especially Pollinator and Buckwheat.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

Erine, if you had to choose between Soft Force from SW or Creme de Miel, which would you choose and why? Are they at all similar?

i'd go with CDM. its got more golden yellow to it compared to SF, which is close enough to others like rose blanc, dazzlelight, femme fi, etc.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I'll be skipping the body products & the fragrances, but I plan getting:
Queen Bee l/g
Pollinator e/s

I don't have own any apricot colors!

Every time I see your avatar, I have this incredible urge to copy it, and photoshop it into a macro with the word "sup?" underneath it in big bold letters.

That cat looks so casual, lololol.

Thanks so much! He's the baby of the family; that's his look I'm behaving now mode-I didn't do it! We ended up with 3 cats; 1 female that we adopted first, then 2 male baby kittens that we rescued -a year apart (except they're not babies no more)!

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

Stupid question, you can use the salve as a tlc?

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I think I might grab all three of the l/g, depending on swatches I do myself. The colors look gorgeous in the pictures.

Definitely skipping all the skincare and fragrances though, and I'll have to check out the e/s in person too. But those lippies, oooh~

not tlc, because it won't be tinted lolz. but it will moisturize kinda like a lip balm.

Re: MAC - Naked Honey Discussion

I am definitely getting Creme D'Miel and Pollinator shadows, and possibly getting the Honey Light highlight powder. None of the lip products are quite singing to me yet.
