I saw the swatches on Temptalia's blog, and Cambon looks... well, deliciously beautiful is an understatement. This could be my very first red lipstick.

Mademoiselle is also pretty, a nice everyday colour.

I just got the Kaska Beige quad, and the Winter Nights quad. I am LOVING them both! I have not purchased any new Chanel in a while but I have a feeling that with these recent purchases and the new Rouge Coco lipsticks, I will be picking up a few things this year.

This is my first Chanel collection that I've indulged in and I'm so happy because everything is wearable.
I love the Empriente De Chanel but I don't want to smudge the golden CC's but- oh well.

I can't wait for the new lipsticks. I went to Macys Saturday to play with glossimers. I think I need some new ones. I also want the Mystic Eyes quad and maybe Kaska Beige, too.
I wore Imprevu blush for the first time today with Spiced Tea from Warm and Cozy. it was perfection. I felt so pretty. Look into this blush girls. I believe it's limited edition.

The beige lipliner, Le Crayon Levres in Beige, is released in the Spring collection. I don't have it but I think it goes well with nude lipsticks. I only have Natural and I love it. The lipliner is smooth and creamy and makes my lipstick lasts longer.

I got a mailer from Chanel that the Decalcomania sets are available only by reservation basis at my counter now! I have just made my reservation for a set. When I first read online that it is available for sale, I got very excited.

Now, I don't know if I would actually wear the tattoos. One set is S$105 for me, so if I don't wear them, at least I can keep it as a collector's item. What do you ladies think? Is it tacky to wear IRL?

guys, the Bay in Canada is already selling the Rouge Coco and I went in today to check them out. These lipsticks are gorge!!! It took me an hour to narrow my list down to two. I got No.56 Teheran (love the name, Teheran is my hometown) and No.31. Cambon.

Teheran is a pinky coral. Kinda like Vicorian l/s but where Victorian looked horrid on me, this one is super flattering. It looks great on my lighter skin (NW25) right now but I'm sure it will be great with my summer tan too.

Cambon is a raspberry red and super pigmented. I say this one is a universally flattering shade. I have tones of red lipsticks (I think about 10) but none this pinky shade. It's super pretty.

Here are the swatches, taken in the bathroom though so they're sorta yellow

Teheran on the left and Cambon on the right.

You guys need to check these out! They apply very smoothly and pigmented and feel like nothing on the lips. I'm gonna go back later for Paris as well.

It seems like I'm getting sucked into this Chanel addiction. I wanna try one of their foundation, I'm especially in Teint Innocence Compact Powder. My MA told me I'm prob shade 20 Clair.

Have you guys tried this foundation? What do you think of it?

Neiman Marcus is having their Beauty Event, so I decided to place an order for my first Rouge Coco lipsticks with them, and they are also doing free shipping with the code, BEAUTY.

I ordered Mademoiselle (the shade Vanessa is wearing in the promo image) and Rouge Orage. I am sure these are just the first of a few of these!

From the swatches I'm attracted to Egerie because I'm craving for coral lips at the moment. Mademoiselle looks beautiful on Vanessa.

I saw these today. I have to say, for the amount of shades that are available, I wasn't overly impressed with the colours for me. There were very few lighter colours, which is about all I ever wear. I ended up with #20 and 11 (Rose Comete and Legende). Rose Comete was a no brainer to me, a nice shimmery light, but not too light pink. Legende is really out of my element, because it really is a much deeper pink shade. Mademoiselle is also very very pretty. They said they had already sold out of it once (not sure when it launched here, but there has been a commercial for them at the Bay for at least this past week), but they did have more in stock today. I will likely pick it up later on. I do have to say, most of the colours I swatched went on very rich.

If you like coral shades, Camelia (at least that is what I think the name was), was beautiful. Definitely more on the pink-coral side, but very pretty with just a bit of a sheen.

The Bay told me they started selling them on Feb 12th. My counter was sold out of Mademoiselle and Camellia (which I wanted). I bought the last Teheran and Cambon.

I really liked the colour range coz I prefer bolder colours (especially reds). I feel like they could have used some cooler pinks or purples to give the range more diversity though. I'm still gonna go back to the counter when they get their next shipment to get Camellia, it was a really pretty colour

I'm dying to buy these new lipsticks! I work for Saks, so I want to order them from their site, but it's acting up. Every time I click on the lipstick, it takes me back to the Chanel homepage. I am not happy right now.

Hmmm, I have not used Cosmo in a very long time, but Mademoiselle I think is quite different. I remember cosmo being more of a pink/brown type shade. Mademoiselle doesn't really show pink at all. More of a beige/brown/corally shade. Sorry, I really suck at describing the more neutral type colours. It looks to me like a colour that will be flattering on a lot of skin tones. Unfortunately, the promo pics with Vanessa Paradis wearing it look a lot different from one site to the next.

BIG EDIT! I just had another look at Mademoiselle in the tube, and it pinkish. I'm rather confused now, probably has something to do with the craptastic lighting in the department store. I can see the comparison to Cosmo, but I still think that was more pinky than this. Okay, I completely suck, sorry.

On my monitor, Karlasugar's swatches look a lot more accurate than Temptalia's.

As for Rose Comete, I'd say it's somewhat on the cooler side, but not much, with a slight rosy tone to it. I think it's the most shimmery of the bunch. I was drawn to it as soon as I looked at the display, but ya, I'm a sucker for shimmery pink lipstick, being an 80's kid and all!

Oh, and I ended up going back for Mademoiselle today! Oops... me thinks that I'll be skipping the Beach collection after all!

I picked up Paris at the Coco Rouge Unveiling on Thursday. I have to say- a majority of the line is kinda disappointing. The lighter colors have a frosty finish and remind me of the Hydrabase lipsticks that they are set to replace.
The bolder colors are creamier. All are very lightweight and have staying power.
