That is very pretty! I told the Chanel rep the other day that they need to make ALL of it (Asia exclusives) available at least on the website!

No, they just left it at they would try to get it. I think if this Liberte gloss will be perm there's more of a chance of them having that eventually. Just tell yourself Pink Cloud won't show up.

I broke down and placed an order on Chanel.com.....sight unseen ......I think I will love everything. I ordered Confidence, Confidentielle, Exces, Insolence. I also backordered the Les Regards de Chanel eye palette, but I doubt it will come in......

I want to see Genie and Genial when they come in the store -

Don't worry about it - I think you'll love everything you ordered. Of course, because of heebie jeebies, I did not try Confidentielle ls on my lips - but everything else I can vouch for

Ahh, I have been wanting Les Regards Last I checked it wasn't even available for backorder.

It super windy and cold here today so I broke out my Paradoxal finally! What a gorgeous shade. It really is very opaque and unique. I'm so glad I picked it up and can't wait for my next Chanel polish!

Oh nooo, Liberte looks gorgeous! Such a shame it's an Asia exclusive.

stv578: There's a RA l/s called Libertine so maybe that's why it sounds familiar? I think Liberte is meant to match with this RA (like the rest of the RA/Extraits in this set) since Libertine is a sort of shimmery coral-y pink color as well.

After hearing all the chatter here, I'll definitely have to up my Extrait wishlist. Confidence now since it's LE, and Exces and Insolence around the holidays.

Hi all -- I'm back I've been catching up on the posts and reading all of your hauls -- so fun hearing about your new loot! I think I really need some of the Extrait glosses in my life -- especially Insolence, Imaginaire and Confindence. I saw a swatch of Confidentielle l/s that Elegant talked about, and it is really pretty (although -- is it close to Rose Dentelle??). I can't wait until Chanel.com offers their free shipping again . . . I feel like my purchases are totally justified with free shipping

No, Confidentielle is a cooler pink, less peachy than Rose dentelle. It's super pretty over Pink sugar liner (in case you need more things to buy! )

Hey, I just wanted to say that I may have finally figured out that beautiful natural eye. Chanel did it on those models in that link somewhere here with the Taupe duo.

I used the lighter shade of the Taupe duo all over the eye & then the darker shade just above the crease from inner nose to outer eye, some black thin lining & of course, I wore it with Exces on the lips & MAC Salsa Rose blush

It makes for a quick classic look & I am in love with it

I LOVE Paradoxal. It's subdued yet edgy in low-light, but in sunlight POW the purple shimmer comes through. It's not over the top frosty/glittery, but instead has a glowing quality. I love that kind of nail polish. Definitely a fall/winter staple for me!

I wanted it so badly a few weeks ago that both my mother and my aunt got it for me for my birthday. Now I've got two Paradoxal n/p's. Think I'm gonna try to sell one of them. As much as I love the colour, I can't justify having two of them. Why not use the money I get from Paradoxal to buy myself the upcoming Khaki Vert? *drool*

My aunt also gifted me with a ton of Chanel goodies, and it's the first time I've tried any of the products. I love them all! Especially the Aqualumiere gloss - it's incredibly shiny, yet not sticky at all. hahah I'm probably very late with all this Chanel love. =p

I'm really looking forward to Chanel's Les Khakis de Chanel Nail Collection!!!! Ah I can't wait I don't own any Chanel nail polishes, but I've heard great things about it. I really think this collection will be a great introduction for me =D

Definitely their Joues Contraste blushes. I have Rose Dust. It's been my staple blush for years and it takes FOREVER to use up the compact. It definitely makes the cost worth it! Beautiful colors, incredibly smooth application. So well made - I've dropped that compact at least 50 times and no breakage whatsoever! I am absolutely dying for one of the new LE JC blushes - Pink Explosion. Gorgeous!!

There's a photo of the Tweed Fuchsia blush in this month's Allure magazine, page 182 in the US edition - it looks like a fuchsia color mixed with a lot of gold in the usual 'tweed' pattern......I can't find a picture of the magazine article at the moment -

I think my Chanel holiday haul will be 'sort of' small:

Tentation Cuivre quad
Charming glossimer
Pink Pulsion glossimer

That is, of course, unless I am influenced otherwise!

EDIT: There's also a picture (in Allure) of the quad !!! It's gorgeous. And the Tweed blush looks like a mixture of fuchsia and a soft pink, with gold flecks.

Given my disappointment with the duos, and Misty/Soft in particular, I ordered a Dior duo called 'Silver Look', based on good reviews, and the fact it looks just like Misty/Soft. I have to say that I think this is what M/S was supposed to look like on, but I just didn't have any luck with it. That said, here is the look - what I used:

Eyes:
MAC Phloof
Dior Silver Look duo
MAC Shroom
Chanel Gris SY
Dior Extase mascara

Cheeks:

IMO, it doesn't look anything like any of the JC's, the closest I'd say is Rose Temptation, which of course is LE. But Tweed Rose makes for a nice neutral rose but with a natural pop of colour. It's not the type of colour that I normally gravitate to, seeing as I much prefer pinks and plums, but it looks really nice with the olive skintone. I also finally got around to trying Rose Temptation and really like it. It's more plummy rose, which I love.

Glad you like Rose Temptation. It doesn't turn muddy on you, I guess? I didn't try it on my cheeks but I swatched it a few times. I will play with Tweed Rose the next time I'm at the counter.

Sabrina has uploaded the new nps that come with the new glosses. Rose Insolent is so pretty. It looks like a warmer Riveria. Rose Confidentiel is so elegant and I imagine it looks very lady-like on toes with pretty open-toe heels.

Miss QQ, Rose Temptation doesn't look muddy on me, as the colour seems to stay pretty true, but I definitely wouldn't reach for it on the days that I don't feel like doing much else, because on its own, it doesn't really provide much colour or brighten my complexion.

Thanks for your thoughts on RT. No wonder the model in the promo pic is wearing RT, PE and Plum attraction - to add colour. I'll see the nail polishes before deciding. If my budget is tight I will pass the polishes, since I don't wear polishes every day. I usually let my nails rest few days to a week in between changing of shades.

Rose Temptation doesn't go muddy on me either. I picked it up late and am really glad I didn't skip it.

Thanks for the np link Miss QQ. IMHO those pics do not do Rose Insolent justice - it is much prettier irl!

So stv578 and Miss QQ how do you feel about the upcoming holiday e/s quad with the coppery tones? Will it be a winner or make us look tired like Kaska Beige???

Do you wear RT on its own or do you layer it with other blushes? Rose Insolence doesn't have any micro shimmers, right? I managed to resist Riviera, so let's see if RI is a must have for me.

Does Tentation Curve look like Spices? I wanted to pick up Spices but I haven't because I'm distracted by the new launches and forgot about it when I'm at the counter. The copper brown shade in TC does make me feel nervous.

RT doesn't go muddy on me, either!

All three polishes are creams, no shimmers or glitters. Since I missed Riviera, I definitely want RI, but I'm holding out until free shipping starts Sept. 1.

The holiday quad looks quite nice. One of the shades is described as a plum copper (as shown on Chic Profile) and the other coppery shade looks nice and dark. As long as it's not too orangey of a brown, I think I may give this quad some serious consideration!

ETA: Don't think anything will compare to Enigma though, I've worn this almost every day since getting it, and I'm so glad it's permanent, two of the four shades are already starting to flatten out!
