This collection is starting to seem like it's going to kill me! I'm trying very hard to stick to the two things I want the most, Bright Future, and Violet Fire. But Peaceable and Sunsational are sneaking onto the list.

I do want Purple Rite, but I don't think I would wear purple lips too often, and I already have Hothouse.. so I don't feel like I need Fierce and Fabulous. Sunsational looks tempting, but I remember that one goldy color they had last year for Neo Sci-Fi and that looked SO ugly on me, that I know better than to try this color!

And I've made a decision to stick to not getting any more lipsticks or glosses till I at least finish some of mine, because well, I have way too many!

I keep looking at the swatches over and over, and everytime I do, I add more things to my wishlist. This collection seems so wearable for all skintones compared to past summer collections. Neo Sci Fi and Moonbathe were both pretty warmed toned collections, and this seems to have something for everyone. I found out that I am allowed to B2M for this collection so, my updated list as of now is:

Oh crap, why did I look at those swatches?!
I'm thinking Purple Rite and Sunsational l/s, Liberated, Gold Rebel, and Fierce and Fabulous l/g, On a Mission BPB, the pink lustre drops, and maybe both bronzers.

Would Solar Riche or Refined Golden look better on NC20 skin? I don't want the muddly look!

the more i see of this collection the more i want! maybe it is a good thing we're not getting the bags here! more money for the make up! bnb lipstick is creeping onto my list! it looks lovely in all the pictures!! and the lustre drops! they look very nice too!

and of course vibrant grape and bright future have been on my list since i read about them!!

After seeing AngelBunny's swatches on a similar NC skintone, I just want Fierce and Fabulous and maybe Purple Rite. Violet Fire looks dupeable, and Tribalist looks too brownish for me.
I like the look of Pink Rebel Lustre Drops, though. It looks like a combination of the Benefit highlighters "High Beam" and "Moon Beam" in its pink-gold colour.

I say Purple Rite only because it looks more unique. The chances of MAC coming out with another purple lipstick that looks just like it are slim because they don't do purple often. And when they do, it flys off of the shelves. While I think Brave New Bronze is pretty, pale/nudey color come out in every few collections. Plus I think the purple will be fun for summer. I have decided to pass on Brave New Bronze for those reasons. I need to use up some of my other nude lippies before I buy more

Somehow I accidentally put this in Sugarsweet and meant to put it here: Just an FYI that I had posted earlier that Nordstrom Brea Mall was having a Style Warriors launch party 5/15 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm., but it appears that most of the Nordstroms are. Montclair, Cerritos, Brea, South Bay Galleria, Santa Ana, South Coast Plaza, Riverside, etc. So call your local Nordstom.

Wow! I am all over Brave New Bronze. At first, I was positive I was not getting any lipsticks or lipglosses from SW as I am a nude lover. But helloooo Brave New Bronze, looks like a very very wearable nude. I can not wait to try this out! Yay

I don't remember who said it, but someone said that temptalia's lip swatch of BNB looked like myth. IRL its nothing like it! Its actually closer to jubilee and hug me with the difference in finish. I also compared purple rite to perm colors and its the baby of up the amp and creme de la femme. Its got the same gold frost as CDLF and is a lighter, softer purple than UTA. Hope that helps!

hmmm that does, that might get BNB back off the lips. I don't like anything too warm and peachy on my lips. Her swatch is def nude looking, close to Creme D'Nude.

I think that was me who said that. I'm glad to hear its different because I can't wear myth, I look like the dead in it. I need something with a bit more pink to it. I'm hoping this one will be it.

I dont really like lipstick but the lady at nordstrom convinced me to preorder brave new bronze and sunsational because she said they go on better than alot of lipsticks. I just wanted a good lipstick for everyday use so I can have more of a professional look. I really love purple rite though. Do you think it would be too much to go from wearing no lipstick just glosses to wearing a shade like purple rite?

Do you think this would be a good nude for an NW45/NC50? That first swatch she put up looked like a real contender, but what I've seen most recently looks a little too light and pasty.

Hmm I keep trying to refrain from buying more stuff... But I may just have to get one lustre drop so I can mix with my foundation.. And all of the eyeshadows except for the purple one. I dislike MAC lipsticks and glosses now so that helped me out! LOL.

Femme- I wear creme d'nude everyday, and creme d'nude it is not!

Neon- its definately a peachy color, not pink.

Dayjoy- it'll be a good nude for dark skin I think. It falls in line with VG V (not as pink) and fresh brew (but not as grey) as a nude for dark skin.

no. PDB has brown in it. OAM is a straight up plum. as i have said many times, flirt & tease is the WN for OAM, so that should give you an idea of the color. F&T has no brown in it either, its a shimmery plum, just like OAM (without so much shimmer since its a BPB).

I think purple l/s is a tricky color, just like red l/s. Would be best if you could swatch it on your lips at the counter before deciding if you wanna buy it.
