You can be sure there are MAC marketing interns and such read these sites. They'd be idiotic not to. Also they won't ever be using anyone's suggestions wholesale because there could be legal repercussions.

I didn't care for HK, too girly for me, but if they did a Bad Batdz Maru collection... I'm all over that. Maybe Bad Badtz vs. Choco Cat or something.

For some reason I keep feeling like Disney Villians would be best for around Halloween and that it might be like Style Black in that they won't say anything official till we have all given up. So, I am going to go ahead and give up just to get the ball rolling.

So far I am not super excited about anything I am seeing but, I tend to gravitate towards the more extreme stuff. I have no use for natural looks, blush or the kinds of stuff most people seem to use. Really, I just want new pigments in saturated blues, turquoise, teals, purples and violets. I dream of a real stop sign red, preferably not flat. So... I will keep checking the news and making faces at the pastels.

I keep all the special packaging boxes too!

Well I'm a little bit disappointed if they will do a HK2, and this talking about single eyesahdows reminds me of the hideous fakes you find on E bay!

Disney for Halloween sounds good actually... but we might relocate to a small town in a north european country by that time and the closest MAc counter is at 100 km and MAC is more expensive in Europe.....

I am actually going to be a bit dissapointed if they do HK2. I LOVE Hello Kitty, but I need something new. If it was different characters from Sanrio, that would be aweseome.
TBH, I got a lot from HK collection, but I sold almost all of my lipglosses & lipsticks. If it is true that MAC does HK2, I hope they do a lot better with the colors, packaging & quality...
I think I am just bitter in the fact that the Disney villans rumor wasn't true...

A Pokemon collection sounds kinda interesting. I used to watch it but I much prefer Yu-Gi-Oh! than Pokemon. Yes, I will admit it! I was a Yu-Gi-Oh! fanatic and did collection 3,000+ cards. It was fun.

I don't know how I would feel about another Hello Kitty collection. I am sure that MAC would make it great but I would prefer a brand new idea.

I just got back from my MAC store. I asked the MA if she knew of a HK2 collection, and she said there was nothing in the works. When I asked her about what was going to follow HK in February, she said it was going to be a very large collection with lots of bright colors. To me, it sounds like that's going to be the Spring Color Forecast. I'm disappointed...

What is it with all the cartoon characters? Please don't hate me but I would be happy if there were no collections based on cartoons/toys etc. I just don't get the cuteness? I might be an outcast on this matter.

I really hope its not Hello Kitty again. I only got Pink Fish TLC and Fashion Mews. I didnt think the quality or packaging was all that fabulous! I definitely will not be happy if its t Pokemon, or Nintendo or even Disney Villains. I like my makeup sophisticated and luxe!

Vivienne Westwood however would be great, she is an ICON

Me too, I don`t know it may be fun in the early twenties, but at thirties to get a cartoon design lipstick out of the bag, so not me, but that`s just me

I am in my 20's and I still dont want to be whipping a cartoon character cosmetic out of my bag. That wont work in the fashion industry of manhattan. Imagine the boss in Devil Wears Prada movie....a goofy lipstick wont work in that situation!

That is just my opinion though, I assume if you have different jobs and interested it might be different!

yes, well i doubt anna wintour would wear goofy lipstick, but the collection isnt made for her type. its made for the average client, who probably isnt so snooty.

anyway, if this is HK2 i will be so pissed. So far ive HATED the last couple of valentines collections. Barbie was nothing special. Too light and muted. Nothing stood out. How was there no blue eyeshadow? Barbie always has blue on!! Fafi was all so coralish and cheap looking. The colours looked dusty and not typical MAC quality. And Hello kitty, i must say im just not a fan. I didnt really like of the shadows enough to merit spending 40 some odd $ on them. Nor did i care to have this cutesy little cat face on everything. Disney Villians i could dig. i think we've all been into disney at some point in our lives... Hello kitty? No thank you.
Barbie? maybe if it was reflective of Barbie dolls... and Fafi? no thanks. never ever. even with a free makeup pole. yuck.

hee hee! i'm picturing her face now - utter disgust! i understand why you wouldn't want a cartoon character on your cosmetics!

i myself am not bothered at all - so bring on the cuteness!

not another hk please the eyeshadows, lip sticks and LG's were not all that great last year, i only picked up she loves candy.

Me too we need something chic but not too expensive, im going to be doing internships for my BA and i don't wanna be pulling out hk/pokemon lippies no matter how cute the packaging is ... i'll be doing that in private
