Yeah I need to get on getting Delft! But I'm kind of worried like others were about getting another and not getting to use it before it dried up. But Lucky Green was the only eyeshadow I got from the launch, my Macy's had it but they didn't have all the colors yet.

Weird, my Macy's store had them!?

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

So do we think Sunny Spot will be another Bitter/Sharp/Rated R/Eyepopping? The swatch on the MAC site looks lovely, but I am wondering how accurate it is...

I was at nordies and the ma compared it to bitter, so yes, unfortunately i think it is another neon green. But I am hoping it has a bit more yellow in it, kinda like rated r.

I think so. That's why I took it off my list.

Hmmm...my Dillard's said they were releasing it on Thursday. I didn't even bring it up, they did! Maybe that Dillard's just didn't get the collection in, yet, so they have no idea. Wouldn't be the first time...

Is anyone else shocked that no swatches have been leaked?

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

I am getting Lucky Green, NOW!! I love that they have them in pro pan form, already.

I want the coral, too. I am search of swatches, though. After all the neutrals, these seem so right.

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

I just ordered Free to Be, Vibrant Grape, Lucky Green and Atlantic Blue.

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

I'm gonna only pick up Lucky Green for now. I like the Coral one too but I have (and love) MUFE #5 and don't use corals that much.

Btw, for those of u guys who have it, how's the texture of Atlantic blue? I like its colour description

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

I saw them online!! I'm so ordering Lucky Green e/s! I'm unsure about the others. I do want to see swatches to see if all of them are worth purchasing.

Well, if you love the coral (free to be) e/s, I'd wait til the Liberty of London collex, because it's coming out in special packaging I also have MUFE #5, but I don't think I've used it!

I have the MUFE #5, never used it, but I am thinking Free to Be is darker and I am convincing myself that I need it very badly.

I need to seek professional help

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

Surprise! My Dillard's got these in. They only got 3 of each color, and the manager said that she wasn't even going to make testers since they got so few. I had her hold Lucky Green and Winkle for me, and I will pick them up first thing in the morning.

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

That's awesome! Glad you were able to get ahold of these!

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

Ok so I made a trip to Dillard's today to check out these shadows... Let me just say that Lucky Green is even more beautiful than I ever imagined. I am so glad that it is permanent, because I can see myself using it very often. I also got Winkle. It has some color payoff, but it's not as intense as in the pot. Ok with me, as it's a beautiful color, and I am in need of more light blues. I swatched Sunny Spot (think Bitter), and there was almost NO color payoff. I was so disappointed. On my pale white self, just the tiniest hint of color. I couldn't believe how horrible the payoff was. Atlantic Blue is in the same color family as Winkle, just a bit darker, and it swatched pretty patchy so I passed on that one as well. I didn't swatch the others. So just Lucky Green and Winkle for me Boy oh boy, do these colors POP out of the displayer. It is so obvious that they are new colors. They totally stand out... too bad the texture/payoff is not so great.

Thanks for the review, Audrey! I think I will be weeding some of them off my list, namely Sunny Spot and Atlantic Blue. I really just want Lucky Green, Free to Be, and...well I think that's it! But I am gonna wait til Liberty of London for Free to Be anyways, so my list is very small from these new colors

Aww, you are just so sweet. People like you are the reason why I keep coming back here. I love being surrounded by great ladies! Thank you for making my day

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

Ok, I got my order today which is awesome b/c I was expecting it Friday. Lucky Green is GORGEOUS. Get it, get it, get it! Shimmery hotness right there. Atlantic Blue is darker on my hand than it looks in the pan. I would compare it to Contrast or Prussian. I don't own either of those shades, but from swatches I've done at Mac, that's what I'd compare AB to.

Free to Be is very sheer, on my hand. It barely shows up. I'll have to try and apply it with a base and see if it shows up.

You ladies probably already know about Vibrant Grape if you got it from Style Warriors. It's a nice addition to my collection.

I might order Winkle and Golden Rod in the near future.

Re: MAC POP Colour Collection discussion

I went today, but they didn't have the collection out (not until tomorrow - weird). My MA did let me get a looksie at the shadows, though. They got so few in! She said she'd hold the ones I wanted for me, so I told her Goldenrod and Atlantic Blue. I'll get 'em tomorrow!
