Wet n Wild NEW Color Icon cosmetic line

I saw a couple of youtube reviews on the new Wet n Wild eyeshadow palletes and decided to check them out. I picked up Lust (purple), Vanity (neutrals), and a single e/s called Envy (dark green). DAMN YA'LL Wet n Wild done stepped their game up!! Can you say BADASS??!! The colors are so pigmented and beautiful and a lot of them are MAC dupes and some are even better pigmented MAC dupes!!! I know blasphemy, right?! But, damn, I being a MAC snob had to give it up to Wet n Wild for releasing this new collection. Even the nail polishes are kickass!! I picked up a hot pink and a metallic neon orange. The nailpolishes are the new Craze label from WnW. The palletes were only $5 and you might even be able to find them for BOGO at some drugstores. I got mine at a supermarket. I've included a couple of youtube videos showing some of the palletes that I'm referring to. Check em out! Might be the best $5 you'll spend all week!

Yup people are going nuts for the Lust palette especially! I keep looking at it everytime i go to walmart but i'm not crazy about the matte shades. Wet'n'wild has definitly changed a lot since i started buying their stuff when i was 12! I just got some lipsticks from them and they are really pretty! I also love their icon eyeshadow jumbo pencil in Graphite. I couldn't find it this morning though so i might just have to pick up another!

I am definitely going to get the WnW black gel eyeliner when I go back to the store. Im currently using L'Oreal's H.I.P. gel liner in black but the pot is getting dry. Its a nice, inky black but it smudges after awhile.

I've heard about these ColorIcon palette from MUA. They got huge rave there, especially for Lust and Vanity. I really want to try them, but waiting for BOGO. Hopefully they'll have one soon!

Yep, I got all four of the eyeshadow palettes. The colors are really nice - I especially like the shimmery dark brown in the Vanity palette - it's absolutely gorgeous, even more over Constructivist as a base, but you don't need the base - that's what's so cool about these shadows, they're really pigmented. if WnW continues to make good makeup like this for the same price point, I'll definitely keep buying.

okay am i going nuts or what.. i went to CVS today.. and they said they didn't carry wet n wild anymore?

and well im going to go to target later.. but i clearly remember that the wet n wild area got exchanged with E.L.F products.. and Wet N Wild is no longer on their brands of beauty products on the target website.. please someone tell me i'm hallucinating... and there is still wet n wild there at target LOL!

Walgreen's has WnW B1G1 50% off this week. I have been wanting to try these palettes and some of the nail polishes. Headed there tomorrow!

I hopped on the bandwagon and bought all four when CVS had a buy 1 get 1 free deal. The Vanity shimmer colors are more gritty than the other palettes. I swapped that one away since it was a little too neutral for me and my skin. The Lust palette is very pigmented. All of the colors are very pretty. I really love the greens!

Wet N Wild is really stepping their game up. Have you checked out the packaging for their new stuff? It's so sleek and pro looking.

I bought the purple palette today. It's actually pretty good, with a good primer/base underneath. I love the matte side over the shimmer side though.

I like the pigmentation of these shadows, but they do have quite a bit of fallout, the texture is a bit "crumbly".

I know right!!! And neither does Rite Aid! I have to either go to the Bronx to Walgreens, or go downtown to freaking Duane Reade!

Forgot to say, I think a primer AND a creamy eyeshadow should be used with this. I tried this with a primer on one lid, and a primer with a greasepaint stick+gel liner under the shadow, and it came out much better
Left eye: Just Primer
Right eye: the whole shibang

Wow I absolutely love these! I purchased the Lust Palette. Some of the colors are a little powdery to me, but it's nothing that would deter me from buying another set. I'm just shocked at how pigmented they are.

Yes! I know it didn't show up so great in the pic, but the gunmetal shade alone is to die for, and for $4.99 I mean ya can't really go wrong for getting 6 shadows. Ladies if you have a Duane Reade near any of you, go to one stat! CVS doesn't have them at all.
