This was the collection that intro'd me to MAC! 
I had never even heard of MAC before this, because we only have one lonely counter in my area, it's at a store I rarely visited, and I never liked makeup in general beyond eyeliner and rarely eyeshadow.
I am, on the other hand, a huge Disney fan, so I jumped right into this for that alone. I found out about it almost a month after the release, but I rushed to my local store and they still had a decent amount of things. I chose mostly based on the character images, but also on colors I thought would look OK on me. I ended up not using any of it save for Briar Rose and Her Alter Image for months. Fast forward to my WDW trip spring 2011, and I brought some of the lipglasses with me just for the heck of it. Tried them and fell in love! I have never found a lipstick or gloss I could really use before because I am so sensitive to scents and tastes in lip products (I get nasty soar throats). No problem with these! I later found out about CCOs, and yeah... rest is history!

Only things I desperately wanted but couldn't find were My Dark Magic MES and Bad Fairy NP, but I did not do too badly, if I say so myself. I found Truth & Light and Cajun, but I already had a non-LE T&L, and Cajun looks awful on me, so I passed. Also passed on the mirror and pigments when I found them. I wanted a Revenge is Sweet BU, but they sold out before I got around to getting it. I haven't tried all of the Cruella powder products or some of the lipsticks yet, but the rest, I use and enjoy very much.
Violetta, Heartless, Revenge is Sweet, French Quarter, and Briar Rose are my favorite products, with BR being my most favorite MAC product ever (hence my screenname!).
