It's true. They said it in the old Sailor Moon anime. So it's obviously true.

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

This post: http://www.specktra.net/forum/f179/d...1/#post1985457 that I made about the availability of the collection seems like it could be more helpful here in the original thread.

Other than that, thanks mods!

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

I've been told that MAC will change the names of the nail polishes but except that...I don't know much. I will post on more info on my blog as soon as I will know anything.

Given how pink it is, I was thinking that was the blush, which I guess would make the previous powder photo we'd seen the b/p... Just a guess, though.

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

Tavia, thanks for posting those gorgeous images. When the release comes closer, I might have to look for a CP.

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

That pigment on the right looks good to me. Might add that to my list--I also want the nailpolishes.

dunno because lipsticks and glosses can go bad after a while if not stored in a refrigerator.. the heat/cold affects them and they can change color, not apply color or smell

as much as I love lippies, and I have too many to count for work purposes (not just MAC), I store them in a refrigerator if I will be using them for other than personal use

is that for hygiene reasons or because you live somewhere that isn't scotland?

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

I'm afraid that there is a thing called too many lipsticks - I just had to throw away a pretty Joe Blasco lipstick I forgot I had, unused, but it had gone bad (it was hard as rock - no colour did come to my hand and it smelled very much like crayons). Also I had to throw out a Clinique lipstick that smelled weird. That was used a couple of times. I really should stop buying lippies right now!

How long had you had those? I am afraid I will accumulate too many lip products too.

Not even _that_ long, the Blasco one was about three or four years max. and the Clinique one was four to five years max. That really tells me I have too much if I have to throw unused lipsticks away. I'm terrified if this will happen some day to my Mac collection!

This is the reason I'm lately hesitant to add more lip products to my collection. I have a weakness for special packaging, but I will hate to see those pretty MAC lippies going bad. There are some that I haven't even touched yet.

I want to know how some girls finish a lipstick so quickly.

I still don't know if I will buy anything from this collection.

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

i have had some lippies for about 3 years max at the moment and they are still ok so far. so i will keep my fingers crossed they last until i am done with them

Re: MAC - Rodarte Discussion

^ Yeah I think it depends on the lipstick itself too, because I have some that are 6 years old and still fine, but none of my Mac ones are that old so I guess it remains to be seen.
