I stopped by the Chanel counter to see the new Rouge Allures. I was told they would have them next week. Here's hoping! The anticipation is killing me. In the meantime, I swatched more discontinued shades...

Oh yes...really!

But I think that we have to wait for them longer here *sigh*

I see that as of tonight there are 0 shades available for the RAs on chanel.com. Hopefully that means they're working on getting the new shades up there..

I saw the new RAs! They launched quietly at the counter, I wouldn't know it if I didn't look at the usual RAs display. They were lined together with the regular RAs, but I noticed a few of them with the CC logo in gold, while the old ones are in black. I can't remember the names of the new RAs now, but my counter has 9 new ones. Pirate is gorgeous, I want it eventually. The other 2 reds were more pink reds, with one slightly deeper than the other. Seduisante is a pretty pink! I swatched it next to Magnolia RC, and Seduistante is slightly lighter and more neutral, as Magnolia is slightly warmer. Gracile is beautiful, it doesn't look too peachy like most nude pinks. Sadly, I did not see Rouge Noir! 

How much you paid for Laque Dragon?  I saw it @ LJ sale, was sooo expensive.

Anyway, I am after Chanel Rouge Allure -Genial

I just can't get over it, how nice the shade is...

Wow! I'm definitely going to take a closer look at my counter to see if they've "snuck in" here, too. I have a feeling someone will have to restrain me from buying ALL THE REDS.

Oh great! I'd love to hear your thoughts too if you see them. Someone from Canada did post on MUA that they are already out up there. In less exciting news for us, chanel.com and my local Nordstrom both told me 2 more weeks on Monday.

I have Mademoiselle and Magnolia which I am totally in LOVE with. I'm glad that my local MUA at the Nordie's counter said that it is now part of their permanent line. I also have RCC Shine in Canotier which is what John Fussell, Chanel's American MUA trainer put on me with Bagatelle Glossimer. Its what I have on in my Avatar along with Eclosion Quad and Malice JC. I'm quickly falling down the rabbit hole of Chanel

Hope everyone has been well. 

Wanted to ask all of you lovely ladies a quick question.  I saw a swatch for La Furtive RA matte, is this a new shade, LE or an exclusive somewhere?!  It is gorgeous.  Did I miss out on this?               I waaaant it!

Every time I'm at the mall, I stalk the Chanel counter at Nordstrom and Macy's asking about the new RAs. They keep telling me next week, but I still hope they magically appear early.

Nora - Furtive RAV is available in Asia and Europe. It came out with the other RAVs when the line was launched.

MissQQ -- thanks for the update on the RA's!  So excited to see them swatched!!

Gail -- I am super excited about the nude pink one!  lol, after all of my ramblings about the perfect nude pink -- my dream may be coming true

Nora -- hi!  how are you??  Our house won't be done until mid October, so we're still in limbo here.  Are your kids back to school yet??

The kids aren't back for another two weeks still.  School here always starts the day after labour day.  My daughter is starting grade one (boo), so I'm a little sad!  Has school started where you are?

I am wearing Comedia 74 RA today and panicked when I realized they won't be making it anymore!  It is the perfect raspberry pink on me.  If anyone in the States happens to see on at your Chanel counter, let me know and I can see if they'll ship it to me :)

My youngest will be in first grade also.  It will be strange to have them all in school all day.  They start back on Aug 28th and then the fun begins with all of the extracurricular activities!! ;)

I hear ya with all the activities, we still have to figure out just what we can fit into our schedule, and we only have the two!

Hubs took me to the far away awesome mall today & NOPE no new Chanel lipsticks. My good Chanel lady said she thinks something is wrong like at the manufacturing plant because they can't get things & they have been out of a very popular foundation shade forever

I did get to go to the Chanel Boutique.....I shouldn't have even looked Hubs bought me an early Birthday/Anniversary gift I'll see if I can get a good pic of it to post.

NORA!!!! Your boss better have a change of heart....don't make me come up there
