Re: Do you speak MAC?

this perhaps may not be speaking MAC necessarily.... buuuuut....

let's just say you absolutely LOVE fibre rich mascara. you use it alllll the time, and always end up repurchasing it, no matter what new mascaras you try. you love the way it makes your lashes look.

fibre rich is your HG mascara.

These aren't MAC specific but they could be helpful for the newbies navigating the forums! smiles.gif

MA - Makeup Artist

SA - Sales Associate

CCC - Captivating Caramel Cutie
DDD - Dark Darling Diva
FFF - Fair Foxy Femme
GGG - Gorgeous Golden Goddess
LLL - Light Lovely Lady
MMM - Marvelous Medium Mademoiselle
PPP - Pale Porcelain Princess

^These are used to refer to general skin tones if that makes sense. (These aren't used as much anymore, most Specktrettes use their MAC foundation color, see below).

Now the MAC ones!

NW - Neutral Warm (means pink undertones to the skin)

NC - Neutral Cool (means yellow undertones to the skin)

^These are often followed by number and refer to MAC's system of naming foundation by shade. The lower the number following the term, the lighter the shade, 15 being the lightest and 55 being darkest.
