MAC - Surf Baby Discussion - Page 73

I'm now thinking of also adding Surf the Ocean stack.

But I think it's because I haven't really HAULED since VV.

I (surprisingly!) didn't buy anything from Champale, Stylishly Yours, Mickey C., Peacocky, or WW and only bought a blush from Jeanius and B2M for Ever Hip.

Sooo, I have it a comin'. :D

Besides, my list from TTB was quite long as well. XD

I guess I just love summer collections most.

It is very pretty but in sorta of reminds me of Up the Amp l/s, Playtime l/s, Spitfire, Goes and Goes prolongwear l/s all the other purply,pink, lavender lipsticks MAC has been coming out with lately.  MAC needs to bring out a true purple lippie, com'on MAC!

I missed out on Violetta (recently loss my Mac virginity (lol), so I really hope that this lipstick will somewhat look like it.

Yup. Personally, I love bright colours against my light skin, but that's a personal thing. It depends on what you feel you're comfortable with.

That color looks fantastic!

Slightly off topic, but my friend and I are having our makeup done at MAC for her birthday and it's the same day as their Surf Baby launch. Does that mean they're only going to want to use Surf Baby products on us?

i found out that SB is coming out in Singapore on May 13th.. Bt things are so expensive here I dont knw if I shld just wait until it comes out in the US and have my cousin ship it from there.. hmm.. im guessing its gg to cost abt US$25 here per lipstick.. hmm.. decisions decisions..

it looks absolutely gorgeous!!! Since I can't find a backup of Playtime anywhere (sigh), Bust Out seems like a must-have for me

I'm NC15 and it's a big YES! for me :) I love a bright lip with complementing blush, it makes me feel all glowy and pretty.

very pretty...  the only mac purple I've like recently is Flaunting it.

Ah good call ;] Hibiscus is definitely on my list and a couple of the eyeshadows. Possibly a pigment stack, but I haven't made up my mind yet, but I guess since the stacks will sell out first I will probably just get one of those.

I've swatched Swell Baby and Short Shorts next to a few other shades I thought that looked similar.

Surf USA is a very unique color. I've got a lot of turquoises (not only MAC) and no other color is similar. Also it's the perfect color for summer.

well personally i am not buying any because i can dupe them. however if you haven't got dupes then i think the must haves are surf usa and short shorts. the yellow looks quite nice too :) those would be the three i picked :)

^I think Surf USA and Short Shorts will go first out of the eyeshadows - just as well, as I don't plan on getting them!

Bust Out l/s now added to my list. Cannot resist!!
