Would you buy this product again? Yes!

General Comments on this product:
I freaking love this brush. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. As I stated in the video, I'm thinking about buying a mini for concentrated areas and/or for travel. I used to use a flat foundation brush and this is just such an upgrade! I use it for liquid/cream foundation but it would also work for powder and probably mousse. It's amazing for buffing in foundation. It even works if you want to stipple before buffing. The reason I give the packaging a 4.5/5 is because the plastic cracked on mine but that's probably just me being reckless and it still closes and I don't plan on carrying it in the original packaging forever anyway so no big deal! If you have any questions lmk and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.

I came across a few reviews raving about this brush and tracked it down at Walmart. I have to say that I'm not that impressed with it because I cannot use this for foundation as its too small and it's not that great for powder blush..but it's great for applying and/or blending cream blush (including Nars Multiples). I like multi functional brushes rather than a brush per product..I just feel this one's too limited but it's still a good brush.

Oh wow, I've never seen Sonia Kashuk any place other than Target! (Even the Sonia Kashuk site shop redirects you to Target)
That's very interesting. Anyhow, I get where you're coming from, it isn't for everyone, I suppose! I'll address how I feel about some points you discussed:

Size - too small: It's interesting that you say this because I actually quite like the size. If anything, I wouldn't mind having a smaller one. I've been considering buying the "Out of the Woods" set simply so that I can have the mini for smaller areas (such as around the nose, under the eyes, etc).

Function - not for powder: I have to disagree on this one as well. I like this brush for both cream/liquid and powder application (though, moreso liquid). I feel that it really buffs the product in well. No, it doesn't give you an allover light dusting or airbrushed look or anything like that. But then again, I don't personally feel that is what it's made for anyway.

Function - one purpose: Eh, I'm half with you on this one. For me, it's multipurpose (as it says in the name) in the sense that I can use it for cream/liquid/mousse/powder foundation. *However* I actually don't find this as my type of blush brush, even though it used to be called "multipurpose BLUSH brush". The shape is too dense and uniform for my type of blush application- it's hard not to apply blush super concentrated with this. I like a more loose, angled brush for lighter application. But that's just my preference! I know many people who love this as a blush brush. For me, the SK Multi Purpose Cosmetic Brush looks like it might work nicely for that though!

I haven't used this brush in awhile, but a few years ago I loved it for foundation application and blending cream blushes. It actually applied better than some of my high end brushes.

I absolutely adore this brush for applying pressed mineral makeup. I used it with both my BE ready and JI pure pressed base. It is soooo soft, feels like a dream.
