Really, Lou? One of the reasons I've been hesitant about buying MAC lip pencils is they cost too much for something that wouldn't last long.

If so, then this will be my chance to try lip pencils, yay. :D

2011 is definitely the year of the lip pencil, at least for those who live on planet MAC.

I'm wondering how these pencils will compare to NYX lip pencils. I have a few of them that I really like and they are a lot easier on the wallet than MAC pencils.

I've never ever used lip pencils and was considering buying NYX ones but if the MAC ones are worth it...

NYX has a few pencils that are comparable to MAC in color and quality IMO.   I think they're worth checking out. 

They are Lou....and for about $4 u can't beat it.....unless of course you catch a sale on Wet N Wild lip pencils like I did a couple wks ago....I got a few for 49 cents each!!!!!!!!

I`ve made my list for this col.. 2 lippencils : orange and hot pink( don`t know the names) and the gloss from promo!

I think I'll just be going with: Famously Fab!, Tour de Fabulous and  Style-Packed.

But of course that could change with swatches. 

I know if I bought lip pencils, I wouldn't use them. :(

I'm trying to use up a few things so I can have an excuse to buy almost all of these lol    I even cleaned out a few things I wasn't wearing anymore. So since I've given things away, I guess I deserve to buy a few, right....

I dont like NYX pencils... they dont last on my lips... :(

On the promo pic is that the same colors on all the ladies or are they different? At first glance it looks like the same color showing it on different skintones.

Yea, I want it to be like a liquid lipstick. Long lasting, non-sticky and wearable colors.

And me - I always forget to reapply throughout the day! This is the collection that I am most looking forward to from MAC, hope they don't disappoint!

I'm really excited about this one :) I'm looking at 1-4 glamglasses and 1-2 liners. I'm still searching for the perfect colour liner for my lips and realllly wonder if Hip 'n' Happy might be it. If it is, I'll have to stock up!

oh boo.. where are the swatches?? i guess it wont be coming out until the 2nd week of july or so, seeing that sp swatches came out only last week..

i'm hoping for swatches before semi precious comes out so that at the very least i can persuade myself into skipping the lips from that 

exactly! I've been saving up and i'm trying to split it so i can splurge a bit on these two but if the formula for glam glass is as good as it sounds and the color payoff is great then i may be able to skip the lip part of semi precious but it's impossible to decide without some swatches!!!!

I want that magenta-y liner..... but I think I'll skip the glosses unless something WOW's me. I just own sooooo many

I want the mauve and the dark brown liners for sure - maybe the orange if it's a good dupe for Temperature Rising, which is half gone, since I'd wear it as an all over lip-color all the time and am halfway down 

Of the glasses, I'm going to be restrained, since I think I'm going to get more use out of the lippies from Semi-Precious that all look sensational and have excellent staying power. Probably will get Comfort & Joy if it's like a glossy Flaunting It and Famously Fab! 

I might try and restrain myself from some of the Semi-Precious cremesheens until this comes out, since a couple colors are similar - so I can compare before I buy.
