I don't own PP, but having seen and swatched it, Blonde is darker and has more sheen. I also find it's a bit cooler in tone. You definitely wouldn't have trouble telling them apart.

I LOVE your hair! It suits you really really well. Blush looks beautiful, I ordered this too but mine hasn't arrived yet. It has said out for delivery since Friday so I'm hoping the courier turns up tonight. Off topic but what are your thoughts on the Perfection Lumiere? I've got it in shade 10 which is the lightest yellow based shade. I always thought we were similar in colouring so I'm wondering why I need such a pale shade. It matches really well to my skin anyway. Or do you have a bit of a tan? I really like the foundation although I find it clings to dry parts a bit so it isn't great for my skin right now while it is so dry so I just hope by the time it recovers I've not gotten darker otherwise it wont match.
Thank you hunni, I look even more different now as I've just had my extensions put on
subtle breeze is the perfect everyday blush - the tiniest tap with the blush brush imparts enough to give a lovely flush.I chose 20 in the perfection foundation by Chanel to avoid the mask-y quality of shade 10, shade 10 matched my skin too but I found it looked unnaturally pale and I know as it gets closer to spring/summer I'll warm up a bit and then it would look even more unnatural. I found 20 to be the closest match to nc20. I love the finish and love how it looks great all day. I think it provides such good coverage without any heavy feeling.

i think all three blushes are very pigmented - so smooth to blend too. i am so happy with fresh honey :)
i have both and to me blonde is much pinker and obvious than pp. plus blonde has a more metallic sheen to it whereas pp looks a bit more natural

Wow, I finally caught up with this thread.
Quote:

I abolsutely adore Twilight Falls, I just did a quick look with it...it has the most amazing green/blue shimmer which steps it up from an average brown. I can't capture it but tis gorgeous. I was hoping for product pics and a FOTD but my lighting is terrible...damn you energy saving bulbs. I snapped a few pics of a look I did but I only post two...I'm just getting to grips with the iPad photo bucket and I can't figure out how to tell what size my pics are, so apologies if they're huge!
Face:
Chanel perfection foundation in 20
Subtle Breeze Blush
Natural MSF in medium deep to contour
Snowglobe BP as highlight
Eyes:
Blanc Type all over lid
Vanilla to highlight
Twilight falls in crease
Lips:
Perfect day

I think it's a lovely day time look or a casual date look....I love how smooth and pigmented these mineral products are

You look gorgeous and fresh! I love the look!

Enjoy Redhead!

I folded and brought A Perfect Day today instore after swatching and trying it on. Waiting for the rest of my goodies to arrive via CP though!
I didn't think APD would suit me, but the MUA used Spice lipliner underneath and it looked great! I was tossing up between buying it or not, but the MUA I had was just so lovely (a change from usual!) and we had such a great chat I thought it was worth me paying 250% of US prices for the item.
I'm a sucker for good customer service.

I bought APD too, but haven't worn it yet...I was wondering how it will look on me too (NC35). I angels many new poppies to try with all of these new collections!

Awww....I'm so sad I missed out on Subtle Breeze. I haven't bought any MAC in a while because I was in a horribly deep depression, still am working on getting out of it. Anyhow, I searched all the websites and called a few stores today and if is totally gone, this blows. I have to try and think of another place to search for it but I'm totally not paying above retail for it. I LOVE briar rose and this looks like a more pigmented sister of hers.

I finally got my order delivered yesterday. Oh my! Everything is just beautiful! I LOVE it all! (Yeah I know, too many exclamation marks... they are needed though lol).
Eyeshadows I got
Twilight Falls - lovely mauvey brown. Richly pigmented and so so so smooth.
Summer Haze - mine has got really nice veining so I can get a champagne shade and also a light gold. Really lovely and smooth and pigmented. Such a great lid brightening shade or to be used as a highlight when sheered out a bit.
In the Sun - the veining on mine isn't that good but I still like it. It is a lovely golden copper. If mine has more fuchsia underneath it might mix to be more of a reddened copper. It has some sparkle in it so fallout may occur.
I've used all of the eyeshadows today over UDPP and then a thin layer of Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy to help stick the eyeshadows and make them really really intense. If you don't own Pixie Epoxy, just order a tube, best thing ever for pigments and mineral/baked eyeshadows. I love how they came out, all are totally colours I am drawn to and love wearing.
Subtle Breeze - wow! This is pigmented. I swirled my brush in it and it kicked up so much powder so just tap gently. I put way too much on and had to buff it with a clean brush. It is so soft and blendable but you really only need a little bit and build from there otherwise it is like BAM bright pink cheeks ahoy!
Blonde - Wearing this today, tapped over Subtle Breeze and it looks lovely. It is such a soft MSF, I wasn't expecting how soft and smooth it would be. It gives a beautiful glow and is a lovely colour.
Redhead - Beautiful golden shades. Not tried it on my face yet but it is so smooth and has nice colour payoff when swatched. I'm looking forward to wearing this. Would look nice over a peachy blush too.
Perfect Day - I got into work this morning and tried to find a backup tube online but it is sold out everywhere. I think it is such a fantastic nude, probably my favourite nude on me as I find they can look quite stark and odd against my skin. This one really is perfect :)

I smell a repromote of this sometime in the future. It sold so fast MAC marketing has to know it would make lots of $$$ if they did it again.
I am on the fence about going back for Cloudy Afternoon. Does it pull green enough for me to want it is the question??? Can anyone say whether it is a warm grey versus a cool grey? I really don't need any more blue based grey, but if it leans mossy green grey, I am on it...

Mine pulls warm but it all depends on the veins!

I thought I would give this collection a pass, but i ended up getting
Fresh Honey mineralized blush
Subtle breeze mineralized blush
Early morning mineralized blush
Daylight MES
Summer haze MES
In the Sun MES
A perfect day lipstick
I love love love A perfect day lipstick as as a nude color on my lips when i'm wearing heavy eye make up. But i can't wear it with light or no eye make up. Makes me look kinda dead. But i love it with strong eye colors
As for the MES i bought, I bought those colors which I felt I would wear on a daily basis...basically everyday colors...
Nice collection although nothing too fancy. But is it kinda take me back to the basics...

If you have Rare Find MES from Semi-precious, it pairs well with Daylight MES from Naturally. I am wearing that combo today and I have to say, Daylight is my favorite MES ever. (I am NC20 with blue eyes and dark brown hair with burgundy/red undertones.) Daylight is my favorite purple e/s ever, and that is saying A LOT.

Early Morning is up on the US MAC site (at least as of last night it was) for those still searching for it!!!
I was tempted to purchase it but the price went up! Two weeks ago I paid $22 for Subtle Breeze. Early Morning (as well as the other mineralized blushes) were listed as $23.50. Not much of a price difference, but I was iffy on Early Morning looking too terracotta on my skin...when I checked it out in store the MUA didn't want to put it on me because he felt it would be too dark. Fresh Honey looked like a bruise on me. I guess I should lock my inner-lemming away because me and EM just weren't meant to be! Lol. Subtle Breeze on the other hand is fabulous! Once it's buffed on my cheeks it gives me a very healthy and natural glow :)

My daylight has a lot more of the pink veining, so it's a really pretty pink with a sort of lavender sheen. Love it!

I noticed the price too!
I really don't think EM is worth is on really fair skin. I have a hard time working it.

The price of a lot of products increased. MB's are now 23.50. MSF are now 29.
