Wow, $100?? That's ridiculous. I'm amazed that color is so highly prized. I wear mine a lot for day time, because it's cute and convenient, but I didn't back it up and I won't feel sad when I've finished my tube - there'll be another "latest, greatest" spring lipstick next year and so on and so on.

It is odd to me also, as it it the least unique and most ho hum color of the collection.  Easily duped IMHO.  Oh well, I can't pick the trend or what will sell like that, its bananas.

I think Flamingo is the most unique one actually...I could find a million bright pink/red/orange colors even just in MAC's line, they are beyond boring.  I've yet to find a dupe for Flamingo though.  However, I would still never pay more than $25 for any lipstick or lipglass.  If I can't get them on the MAC website, I just give up on them usually.

I also think it is the most unique of IA. Flamingo is universally flattering and the reformulated lustre finish is gorgeous as you can build it up or wear it in a sheer layer. While the pink lippies in this collection were gorgeous, they are easier duped, especially as there are so many pinks around.

^ITA I love the color and the lustre finish. I won't stop my search. I'm going to keep stalking my local cco in hopes that one actually gets there.

I feel the same way about Flamingo. I got it, I like it, but it's not that special to me. I have only worn it two or three times since I got it. With the IA and S3 lipsticks I got so many cute lipsticks that this one is not THAT special. Still pretty I guess.

Party Parrot is a whole other story. I love Party Parrot so much... Unfortunately I didn't get a BU so I use it sparingly. I hope they'll repromote it at some point.

Yes, I hear Flamingo getting so much love, but Party Parrot is my favorite of this collection.  Pink Pigeon is getting lots of wear too.  BF loves it every time I wear the Pigeon.  It goes with everything too.  I am such a dork, I still have not tried Scarlett Ibis.

Party Parrot has been my favorite lipstick this entire Spring! I did back it up, so I use it as often as I like. 

Scarlet Ibis is so gorgeous, though. One of the best reds for my complexion I've ever tried. You really should break it out! Personally, if Party Parrot looks great on you, Scarlet Ibis will be nicer than Red Racer from Hey Sailor! on you as well.

I have to say, Scarlet Ibis has become my favorite out of this collection. Followed by Flamingo, Party Parrot and then Pink Pigeon. Pink Pigeon is just a little too neon for my liking, but when I blot it I also will use either a gloss over it or another lippie to help tone it down. I do love the new matte formula. I hope MAC keeps it up.

Mine too. I actually wore Pink Pigeon today, thinking I applied Quick Sizzle. Ugh... Fridays...

Love them both though. They really brighten up my day. Party Parrot is very special IMO

Why don't we play the TC game here? Favorite order from most to least favorite:

Party Parrot > Pink Pigeon > Scarlet Ibis > Flamingo

I didn't get Morange, but I already have Neon Orange. They are very similar. I would rank Morange at the back.

Never fear!  I was only able to get my hands on Scarlet Ibis in stores because of how quickly everything sold out... but I was able to purchase the others through lovely ladies who wanted to sell theirs.  I'm sure there will be opportunities to get your hands on them when people start selling their BU's :)

If I were to throw in VG Nicki too it would be between Scarlet Ibis and Naughty Sauté I think...

I am still majorly wanting Flamingo, but I won't pay $85 for it on Ebay. The only one I managed to grab from this collection was Pink Pigeon and I love it!

haha, I made a whole thread for this a while back in the MAC Chat forum and it's certainly a thorny issue!!

My giant list, also including Reel Sexy and Chen Man for lolz:

Party Parrot > Quick Sizzle > WMS > Scarlet Ibis > Pink Popcorn > Force of Love > Heroine > Flamingo > Pink Pigeon > Reel Sexy > Dish It Up > Naughty Saute > Budding Love

I left out Runaway Red as a Repromote and Morange as a perm. I BU'ed Party Parrot, Scarlet Ibis and WMS. I had zero interest in buying Dish It Up, Naughty Saute and Buddling Love. I was wearing Flamingo maybe the most, since it's the most casual color out of all the ones I have, but for dressing up/going out/statement makeup days, I've used Party Parrot the most, followed by WMS, FoL and SI. I love Pink Popcorn, but I honestly don't have a lot of clothes that work with it best, since I think very feminine, lacy, pastel colored dresses are the best outfits for it....if I had some mint green or lemon yellow lacy sundresses, I'd be rocking it so much more.

So although I missed out on this entire collection ( I was away from MAC and not paying attn to collections)  I'd really like to get my hands on some of the e/s.  Is anyone still able to get ahold of them?

They might start showing up in the CCOs soon, I'm going in a couple of weeks so I can look out for them if you'd like?
